Ordered the shrimp gumbo bowl. Only ate two bites. The gumbo was runny brown water with shrimp. No taste other than some what burned and fishy. My wife had a shrimp po boy that was pretty good but not impressive or worth ordering again. Im missing what makes this cajun other than location. Would not recomend at all.

I had the shrimp gumbo and red beens and rice with sausage and it was delish. The lady’s were very nice and a comfortable and clean atmosphere 🙂 and service dog friendly.

We ordered 1. Catfish po boy 2. Shrimp po boy 3. Chicken /sausage gumbo 4. Onion rings.
1. The fish sorta tasted like dirt. BF said. Just add Tabasco.
2. Shrimp poboy wasn’t bad. BF said the bread wasn’t to his liking but the shrimp was a little fishy.
3. Chicken was OK, roux was a little burned.
4. Onion rings were breaded just right and tasted good.

chicken & sausage gumbo (bowl) – looks can be deceiving – not too tasty (salt and heat from the sausage). chicken chunks a plenty however pretty tough but cooked-just long enough to serve. makes one wonder if they were started to late or too frozen to begin with…

A small business that was very friendly and everyone seemed to care about the service. Recommended by a local when i stopped to get gas. I drove over and got the gumbo and hot boudin. Everything was very good.
