In a day and age where customer service is failing, food quality is dropping, and cleanliness is a remnant of the past, Wingstop stands in the face of adversity. After a long week of work all a man needs is a good meal and good nights sleep. I ordered through their mobile app with ease, able to find the best deal they had, have it ordered and picked up within 20 minutes. When walking in I was promptly greeted with a warm smile and an inquiry about what I needed assistance with. I told the employee I was here for my pickup order, but arrived early so it was no rush to have it out. They made my order their top priority and had it ready within minutes, far sooner than the time listed on their app! Their lobby was clean, chairs pushed in neat, and all customers inside were enjoying the environment and food being offered! There was a range of condiments at their soda station which was clean and in good order. The food was fantastic! Hot, fresh, and filling! This location is no joke, they deserve recognition, as well as your business!

Edit: Do not go here under any circumstances. This restaurant could not possible get any worse. I ordered for pickup, naturally waited 10 minutes past the pickup time and then get home to realize I’m missing half my order. Reporting a problem is almost impossible and now I don’t even get the food I paid for.
I have been here many times and the service is always among the worst. Everytime I arrive at the stated pickup time, I am told 3-5 minutes and every single time I am waiting at least 15 minutes past the pickup time. They provide no updates while staring at me as if they have no idea why I’ve been waiting so long. Food is usually good although they definitely need to put their fries in a box. Having them in an open basket just sitting in the bag makes them consistently cold and constantly falling over in the bag.

Went in at 12:45 a.m.. The guy told me I could only place orders online? So I proceeded to place my order online out in the parking lot. By the time I got my order placed, it was 12:50 a.m.
I walked to the doors to sit and wait for my order. The door was locked. My name was on the screen saying my order was being prepared but they had already locked the door and went home. Needless to say I was charged for the order that I never got and now I’m still jacking around trying to get a refund or a credit for the order. If you say you’re open till 1:00 a.m. you should accept orders till 1:00 a.m. I don’t know. Maybe that’s just me. Pretty frustrated to say the least. That’s why I gave one stars across the board even though I never got to try the food?

Great service, however the food i was served was inedible. The fries were doused in salt. They made it right though by making a new batch. The chicken tasted funny, had a game-y after taste and a game-y chicken smell. Something was definitely off. I wonder if this chicken was just sitting out for a long time or something. I could have asked for something else but i was just ready to get out of there. Also their pop fountain was not working correct. I will not be back.

Yikes, the bad reviews of this location are very accurate. I should have known it wasn’t going to be a good experience when I walked in and the guy at the counter wouldn’t acknowledge me. I had to flag him down and ask him if I could place my order. I ordered 10 wings, that’s it. He didn’t mention the wait time until after I paid. I left and came back and they hadn’t started my order, so I just wanted to cancel it and get a refund because I couldn’t wait that long. He told me he was unable to do that. He’s going to leave a note for a manager to refund me in 2-4 days. His customer service was absolutely terrible. One of the girls working was on her personal cell phone and then prepping food without washing her hands in between which I found gross. I love other Wing Stop locations, probably won’t go back to this location.

I ordered wings, fries, and corn for delivery through the Wingstop app. Corn was missing when my order was delivered. I tried to call the store and got a voicemail saying they were closed for the day. I called at 12:13 AM and apparently they’re open until 1 AM on Google Maps and the Wingstop app.
Wings and fries were good for the price. I’m just annoyed that they forgot my corn. I guess I’ll be ordering from another store next time.

This location is consistently poor. Always a significant delay. Worth driving further to a different location. This restaurant Usually has a good product, but not this location. We’ve been consistently disappointed and we won’t be back.

Used several times and all times this is what I have experienced – Horrible service, not friendly, late w/ food even with order ahead/app. Wouldn’t be surprised if permanently closed within year end.

06/21/2025 @ 14:50, RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Walked up to the counter where Mgmt was fumbling with the register. He never acknowledged my presence. One employee was sitting in the lobby eating & it appears he was on break. Two other males were in the back cooking area. The gentleman on break finished his food and came over to ask if I needed help…. NO, I’M JUST STANDING HERE BECAUSE I’M BORED! I told him I was picking up an order. I was informed the order would be ready in 5-7 minutes. Word of advice to that Manager: Nothing is more important than the customers! The least you can do is acknowledge our presence! I’ll NEVER order food from here again!

This place needs to either train their employees better or get a new manager. You order pickup you wait 30 minutes longer than what says. But here is the kicker, it’s always cold. It’s like they bag up your fires and let them get sit in a bad to get cold and soggy and then put your wings in 30 minutes later after you’ve already been waiting 30 minutes. Happens everytime. Fries are soggy and not even warm they’re flat out cold.
So if you don’t mind waiting 30 to more minutes after your pickup time and want cold fries then it’s not bad place. I just think if they had more trained employees and more staff that know what they’re doing then this place would get more business.
