Food portions are already small so giving out pieces from the bottom of bag and counting it as a full boneless nugget is ridiculous. There was barely any cheese on the pizza. Overall the food was disappointing and I remember why I stopped eating here.

If I could leave zero or negative stars I would. I placed an order for 10 pizzas today, January 18, 2026 at this location at 4:44. I was in town for a festival and had a limited time frame to feed my parents and students. It was supposed to be delivered by 5:19 based on the email I got. By 5:35 I called to check status. The “manager” answered and after going round and round giving the information from my email, he claimed he did not see the order.
I became frustrated and the line went silent. Then another manager picked up. I repeated the issue. The manager then apologized and said that the other manager was new. He then said unfortunately they had to cancel my order because they didn’t have enough something. He mumbled the last part and said that they were busy and did not have a chance to call me to let me know. Are you serious? What kind of business cancels an order and doesn’t notify the customer? He then told me he’d like to find a way to fix it…to fix it my order should have never been cancelled or at a minimum I should have been notified. He asked if someone could possibly pick the order up…I didn’t have access to anyone to do that and that was not the intention. We ordered delivery for a reason.
This is absolutely unacceptable no questions asked. I did contact corporate as well. I would expect that the owner of this location reach out. Also, whatever they did do with my business debit card, my bank then called me to verify there was not fraudulent activity.
I called Papa John’s right down the street and they delivered hot and fresh pizzas for the same cost and also within 25 minutes.
I leave reviews all of the time. I also give honest reviews based on exactly what happens in my experiences. I would NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again.

This location won’t last wrong. Staff is extremely unprofessional. One time I went in and a girl was talking to her friend on speaker phone.
The last time, I was completely ignored after he asked what order I was there to pick up. He really just serviced the other people while ignoring me.

Isaac and Kenneth are Great!! Another great experience for the books! If you are visiting this establishment, disregard that 2.9 not accurate!! The food is always fresh and hot. It’s delicious!! The pizza and the sweet chili wings were delicious. But if you are a critic like me that looks at health scores prior to dining, THEY HAVE 100!!
Great customer service and a one hundred health score inspection, my family will always choose this Pizza Hut!

Customer service was garbage. It could have been awesome because the food was done much earlier than I was led to believe. However, I tried calling before I thought the pizza was ready to request no ketchup packets, which always end up directly on the french fries when I get it. The woman over the phone was responding but I couldn’t hear her, so I asked that she repeat herself. She did that, but was kind of rude.
I entered the store, find the same woman at the register, and told her I was picking up for myself name. She didn’t hear me and so had a problem with me. I repeated that I was here to pick up, giving my name and telling here I was just on the phone with her. I get the pizza, thanked her, and left.
I would have finished my personal pan pizza, but it was too dang nasty from all the cheese that was on it. I never asked for extra cheese. It didn’t even seem like it was a personal pan pizza because of the cheese, which engulfed the crust. As a matter of fact, the crust was barely crust. By the time I got home the pizza was so wet, which I guess was from the extra oil. The first personal pan pizza I did not finish.

It’s still good pizza, with the best crust EVER!! This was a shot in the dark and this pizza was meaty and cheesy… I just forget to add a couple of veggies. It’s the pizza that I never leave the crust Yet, I’m from Detroit and…we kind’ve didn’t have a “pizza” per se, except for the Owner of the Red Wings (hockey)
