I was going to give 5 stars until I got to my fruit and hash browns. The fruit was hard and completely lacked flavor, and the hash browns weren’t cooked all the way through — my boyfriend’s weren’t either. It also seemed like most of the staff didn’t want to be there. Our server, Destiny, wasn’t rude, but she had no smile or personality and spoke in a very monotone voice. The food and service just didn’t leave a great impression. The price of our food for what we got wasn’t great either.

We love this place! We have been coming here almost every weekend for two years. Hannah C. is our absolute favorite. She is always so on top of it and ensures we are well taken care of every time. Highly recommend her and this restaurant!

I had heard good things about Scrambles and was excited to finally try them out.
The food was delicious! Everything we ordered came out perfect and there was not a single complaint at our table. The service was good as well as the entire experience. I will definitely be back to try even more of their yummy food. And even had several gluten free options which paet of our group required. Great job Scrambles!!

Update 4/21- disappointed with food and service at hostess. It was a busy Sunday morning and the hostess did not seat tables efficiently. We observed her seating the same server 3 tables back to back instead of alternating. We were also told that the wait was 5 minutes and this was not the case due to her lack of seating coordination.
Pleasantly surprised with our experience at Scramblers! Excellent service, very friendly from the wait staff to the hostess. Very clean.. we observed the staff on point cleaning tables and picking up the minute specs on tables and floor. Food was delicious and very nicely presented and a reasonable value… including the bottomless waffles. We were also surprised for a Saturday morning to get a table without having to wait. Highly recommend!

Went to have breakfast at Scramblers 1st visit. The food was delicious, had pancakes, eggs & bacon. The bacon wasn’t the best. Our server, he made sure we were satisfied.

Went there for breakfast last weekend after hearing a few good things from friends. The place has a relaxed, casual feel and didn’t feel rushed even though it was a bit busy. I ordered eggs with toast and hash browns, and everything came out warm and fresh. Nothing fancy, but done right, which I honestly prefer for breakfast. The coffee was decent and kept coming without having to ask too much. Staff was polite and checked in a couple times, not overbearing. Prices felt fair for the portions. Overall, a solid spot if you want a simple, dependable breakfast and a comfortable place to sit and eat.

Here in Jacksonville visiting friends, and they took me to this restaurant to have breakfast! We were told that the hash browns are crispy, but they were not! The food temperature was cold! The French toast was mediocre! The hostess was not friendly!

Wow!! This was an absolute pleasant surprise! Wish we had this closer to where we live. No offense but all the other competitors aren’t even at the level of quality and variety of options this place has to offer! Shot-out to KRISHON our server who advised us to substitute the side order (referenced as slider in this place) for a waffle or pancake. For example my wife tried the street tacos and for her slider side she asked for a waffle !! Y’all we’ve travelled the world, I’ve never tasted a waffle this good! Cooked to perfection! A+ Amazing to this place! Only opens till 3p and has brunch and lunch options too!

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast this morning and had a great experience. The staff was very nice and the gentleman that served us was very personable.
The menu had a great selection including several gluten free options as well which was a welcome sight.
The chicken and waffles were delicious and the spicy Sriracha syrup was a welcome suprise that came with the dish. The coffee they serve is something special too, it must be a custom roast because it doesn’t taste like coffee I’ve had before.
Overall we had a great visit and will be back.
