Me and my boyfriend saw a Krystal’s and were excited due to us not seeing one open for years so we stopped for a quick bite. When we got into the building to order our order was messed up many times resulting in us having to pay an extra 20$ for the food. When we got our order the bread on the sliders were soggy and the meat was cold and stiff. I did touch them due to one looking like it had been dipped in dirty sink water but my boyfriend ate his due to how much money we had to spend. After eating the sliders he got violent ill and we had to rush home due to him vomiting so hard. The sliders had givin him food poisoning which we are still dealing with today. What a great New Year’s Eve and a way to end 2025

10oclock Friday night. There was a guy inside but not taking orders. I pulled up to the drive though window after 5 minutes and there was a guy with a mop or something. No one came to the window. I didn’t stay at the window the guy inside seemed to be having a crisis. I left and went to taco bell.

I had a friend stop and get me burgers. Steamer box of 24 cheeseburgers. They misplaced the order, my friend didnt check. There was no cheese, and apparently the lady bitched about having to cook that many burgers, they were very poorly thrown together. I wouldn’t recommend this place. She said she had to wait 20 mins just for this order.

I went in on Saturday October 25th at 1:55. Was going to use code Krystal93. Was told that I couldn’t order til 2:00. Was going to wait but she said her kiosk was slow and time on that was 1:46. Ordered online for in store pickup. The dining room smells like spoiled food and mildew. They were out of the waffle biscuits that I ordered. Not an apology, just a statement. I chose a different item and I got a dried out hockey puck of a sausage patty and an overcooked out fried egg on a greasy biscuit. The store is convenient, but I won’t return after that experience.

The night of 06/18/2025 whoever was working the drive threw window and shut the store down without taking our order knowing they just took a car in front of us (all on camera) then decided to SCREAM out of the window while I’m at the traffic light saying ” you still aint getting no Krystals, you still aint getting no Krystals” with a car at the window yelling over that car to me at the traffic light. I tried to call multiple of times to handle this over the phone, but nobody wanted top pick the phone up.

Went here for the first time recently. The food was very good and there was a large variety of items to choose from. I dealt with a few different staff members and all of them were nice and friendly. I just wish the milkshake machine was working!
