The food is good. But our order was inaccurate two times, one dine-in and another take out. Dine-in inaccuracy was corrected when told but regarding the take out order neither our phone call was attended nor the email was replied. We ended up paying more for what we actually received. The interior looks is very plain which can be made better specially taking into account the prices.

DoorDash delivered the food, we still called the restaurant to let them know we ordered a gyro platter and there was no gyro. The worker on the other side said to drive over and we will have a new one prepared. My husband arrives at Rosemary Grill and the worker/manager will not give him a new one with out returning the order that did not have gyro meat. The manager said they told us to return the wrong order. That was never advised as they were on speaker phone with myself, spouse and my son, and all of us can confirm, validate they never made that request. We threw out the food once we called and they said they would have one ready and replaced. I gave my spouse a photo to show them before he left, but he was extremely disappointed that the manager lied, and my spouse did not want to waste anymore time to show the photo he had from me on a text I sent to his phone before he left. My husband stated he likes the restaurant’s food, unlike myself I hate their food. My husband told the manager that he will never return as a patron to this restaurant, in person or through any delivery apps services. Rosemary Grill’s gyro platter we ordered only had rice and salad, no gyro meat at all. My husband, who is an AVP in our community understands what good customer service is all about and this of course was the worst experience he has had in many years from a local restaurant; my husband who is a man of integrity. Wow, Rosemary Grill, you lost a customer permanently! After a long day at work this is what he wanted to have for dinner, and you guys get it all wrong in so many ways. I gave them 3 times to make it right. PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN WHAT THEY HAVE ON GOOGLE!!! 1st time (I’ll post pics) – Calamari was fried too hard, burnt not like the picture the display. So mad about that.
2nd time really nice lady messed up my entire order. Was suppose to be wings and shrimp but I got wings only with blue cheese and TARDER SAUCE with NO shrimp. I was in a rush so I took what she gave me and left. They tried to fix it though.
3ed time is experiencing young worker talk about customers as they leave to us inside the restaurant, and he’s a bit pushy. If I don’t want a combo meal and just wings, I’m not understanding why he needs an explanation!!!

Service a little slow and the food was ok. Nothing special. Looks like most of it is premade with slight modications. Price was good for what is. The salad was slightly browning not the freshest. Discount food location.

This is the WORST place I’ve ever purchased from. I ordered an Uber Eats delivery, Beef and Lamb Gyro Hummus Bowl. Let me tell you, the best thing about this order was the plastic fork!!
The food came missing HALF the portion, got the beef but the Lamb never made it. I paid 19.02$ after taxes. I swear, Mcdonald’s food Quality Surpasses the Chewy “Beef” this place sold me. Not only that, the PORTION!!! see the picture, there’s literally little to no meat in the NINETEENTH dollar bowl. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone.
Food Quality is below zero. What a shame.
Since I can’t respond to the owner’s excuse. Why did you sign up for Uber Eats then? Uber eats orders should not affect the quality or quantity of your meat. That beef is absolutely disgusting.

I’ve ordered here twice and won’t order again. I ordered one more time because sometimes it’s just a bad day and idk anywhere else to get gizzards. Today the gizzards were all bricked into a few big hard pieces, tasted like week old grease and I mean so hard and overcooked they could break a tooth and tear up your mouth. I love seasonings and I love flavor but they were so salty that’s literally all you could taste. Salt and old grease. I bought a pound and couldn’t make it through more than a few pieces. Awful. Ridiculous for the price with delivery. Save your money.
