Trust me, I love this place as much as any native here but we gotta talk about the portions for take out! Pictured on the left is a small chicken pho, and to the right is a LARGE beef pho, same amount of noodles, I think the only thing give you extra of is meat? Maybe. But please if you order take out, don’t bother ordering anything else other than a small, otherwise food is goated and will always be a staple in the community, just please be truthful with serving size

Ordered a rice plate of beef at the counter for takeout, but when I got home, I found vermicelli of chicken inside the container. Even it’s vermicelli with spring roll, the portion of meat and spring roll was much less than the regular.
I’m a big fan of Kevin’s noodle house, I’ve been to all of them, this one is the worst.

Great food. Good space for families and large-ish groups to spread out. (Probably no more than 10-12 people though. It’s not a stadium lol) Floor was a bit slick when we were there. It wasn’t dirty. Clean, so I think it must have been a cleaning product they were using. I mention it only because if you have people in your group with difficulties walking, you should check the floor first. Service was good, but we did have a rather extended wait. It was a busy night. They also forgot my order and I had to go ask for it after everyone else had been served. Small hiccups in an otherwise excellent meal. Quality of the food was excellent.

Average Vietnamese restaurant. They had a massive menu, but all the dishes we ordered were pretty average. We have had better Vietnamese food in other places. Pho was ok, but the spring rolls lacked something. Grilled shrimp vermicelli was also just ok.

Kevin’s Noodle House is a mid-tier Vietnamese restaurant that is very popular and an anchor store for this plaza. They have a very good variety of dishes from soup noodles (pho, fat rice noodles and egg noodles) to rice plates and vermicelli bowls. Nothing stands out as unique though. They were really busy on a Friday for lunch with a small line outside. We had the #1, pho dac biet $13, #2 pho dac biet with beef balls $14.25 (L) and a wings $13. Everything tasted fine and the food came out fast. The staff here are hard working and I appreciate their service.

Came here for lunch and ordered the medium #15 Tai Gan and a Vietnamese coffee. The broth tasted clean but it was lacking in flavor and there wasn’t much meat. The Vietnamese coffee tasted good – they nailed the ice-to-coffee ratio so as the ice melted, the sweetness and bitterness were perfectly balanced.
It’s not bad if you’re in the immediate area but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.

This place always deliver good quality pho at an affordable price. $10-12 for a bowl of pho in the bay is almost unheard of nowadays. Most places I went to were around $16-20 and their quality is not better than this place. Their broth was flavorful and doesn’t just taste like salt and the meat looked fresh. At this price range, you can’t really complain about their food and services. It might not look the most modern or cleanest but it’s still organized and presentable. The food came quick and service was good. Highly recommended

The food is adulterated and overpriced at best: the spring rolls are bland and made without proper ingredients, the beef soup is not very good; lacks flavor, tough noodles, lack of stated ingredients, and oddly one tray of veg for soup is the same for one to two people. I’m so tired of subpar Vietnamese food. At least they served my Diet Coke with ice, but they charge $5 for it. lol
Update: The beef stew the serve is terrible, unless you like beef soup with chunks of beef – this is nothing more than beef noodle soup. I’ve had Viet beef stew hundreds of times, and this is not beef stew by a long-shot. Heck, even I know how to make Viet beef stew. These jokers really know how to jack up a good thing. lol

Stopped by during lunchtime, and it was pretty busy. Their staff was friendly and the food came out fairly quickly. I got the #2 pho, and the broth was absolutely delicious. The broth was not oily. They definitely took their time to make the pho broth, and they made it with quality ingredients.
I also got a combo a rice plate Togo. I didn’t care much for the eggroll. It had too much potatoes or taro for my liking. The fish sause chicken wing was crispy and actually pretty good. The grilled pork was flavorful as well.
I’ll definitely be back.

I went to order 4 “large” bowls of egg noodles and pho to go and this is what I get from them. I used to go here all the time and the bowls for dine in are actually large but the noodles in the to go box filled up less than 1/4 of the noodle box.
