I had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut today! The pizza was hot, fresh, and made perfectly — you can really taste the quality. The wings were just as good — flavorful, cooked just right, and definitely a highlight of my meal.
I also noticed a big improvement in their customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Customer service was exceptional!!! Manager called in the morning to verify our large order. He wanted to make sure everything was correct before prepping started. When we arrived to the location everyone was friendly and welcoming. This Pizza Hut is top notch compared to all of the other pizza places in the area.

The pizza I received was clearly old—hard, dry, and with no flavor at all. After eating a small portion, it caused me stomach pain. Food should never be delivered in this condition. This was a very bad experience and raises serious concerns about freshness and food safety. I would not order this again. Give me my money back!

The South Dowlen location is the one to utilize. This location was TRASH! Even though my food was ready, the customer service was so horrible it took 20 min just to be helped and there were 4 employees wandering about doing absolutely nothing, and none of them ever even spoke. NOT A WORD. When the one at the counter finally got of their personal phone call they just looked at me blank stare so I said my name and they handed me my food. Pizza barely had any toppings; so little cheese I could see through to the crust! The cheese sticks we ordered were only cut once down the middle! Just GROSS! Never will I go to this location again!

It was really busy when I went in to pick up order had to wait a few min but the 2 lady managers that were there was very nice an I could see that they was working as a team making sure no one was over looked I myself work in fast food an I think those lady’s handled the rush very well an all my food was nice an hot thank u ladys

A sad echo of what was a fun pizza experience. They started going downhill when Pepsi bought them out but the decline is unbelievable. Pizza tastes cheap. Prices are high.
