Delivery of cold rubbery thin and crispy, skimpy bbq beef topping pizza and cold breadsticks. Didn’t deliver the salad although driver went back to get it. Most disappointing $60 I have spent for delivered food in months. What a shame.

Had my daughter’s birthday party there and the staff was so helpful and friendly the food was great loved the big box deals really helped out great!!! We got off to kind of a slow start trying to figure out what we wanted to order, AND what the pizza purveyors could actually serve. Apparently, they had run out of some stock and certain menu items were not available.
Once we got an order placed, it was brought out and placed on our table without any verbal interaction with any of us. We were the only ones in the place, and it was not busy, but no small talk here.
The food itself was great (meat lovers thin crust pizza and a chocolate chip cookie), the dining room is a little weathered, and the service was what it was.

Oh. My. GOODNESS! Literally just had the best pizza I’ve ever had from a chain restaurant tonight. We ordered a 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 beef stuffed crust. We opened the box, and both exclaimed “THIS IS BEAUTIFUL!” The crust and amount of cheese? Perfection. Thanks for the great pizza, Pizza Hut staff!

Some staff are very rude, someone named Anna and Dylan have hung up the phone on me several times when calling to order. I’ve ordered food for carryout and they gave it to someone else, that person brought it back and they tried to give me that food that left the restaurant and went home with someone. That person even admitted to eating one of the wings and they still tried to give it to me that way.

I placed an order over the internet and I realized it said to carry out but I wanted it delivered so I called the store and thought it was changed so after an hour I called back and spoke with a managed she was totally confused about my order and said she would get one out for me but doordash text me to tell me they couldn’t find my address. They are in CA and I’m in NE the pizza finally came 1 1/2 hours late and it was wrong. The manager said she would cancel my charge on my debit card. I will go to the bank tomorrow to check that. WHAT A FIASCO!!!

Everything was very good. It was delivered in a timely manner, the pizza, bread sticks was hot and fresh, and the wings were hot. The only thing that I would say needed help was the marinara sauce, it was cold. If that is the only complaint that you get, you are doing a very good job.
