This is maybe the only branch I visited that has beautiful aesthetic theme to it. It really gives you nostalgic Memphis vibe. It’s even better than one in Chattanooga which had zero personality in my opinion for a well visited tourist city. The food is good, the atmosphere is friendly, the price is reasonable.

I go through the drive thru and order 2 zalads. Upon getting them, they were the wrong order. As I was trying to get my order, a young black female had a very ugly attitude. Then they tell me to pull up so they can get the order right. Then they brought the wrong order out again. The lady told us we could have it since the order was wrong. Not even 3 minutes later she comes back and ask for it back. Finally after waiting 20 minutes they bought my food out. They will never have to worry about my business again

Zaxbys is a delicious restaurant and I was not let down here. The chicken fingers were a bit hotter than wanted however once they cooled down they were delicious! The wings were amazingly cooked and the sauce was just the right amount. The fries had a good amount of seasoning so they tasted good but weren’t too salty. The only downside was that the restrooms were slippery and the door shut extremely fast. The food was amazing and the service was good. I was allowed to get a free drink cup when the one I had I poked a hole in. Overall great experience!

My order is WRONG EVERY time I come in or drive through. My receipt always have everything I don’t want and everything extra I do want but, once I receive my food it’s how THEY want it made BUT I’m charged for how I order it!!! I don’t even know why I keep coming. I went in one time just to see if they’re reading the screen. And to my surprise it looked like GROWN men on the line. I’d accept it from a teenager. Not an adult!!!! Can they NOT read!!!

Latest visit was lackluster. The open sandwich picture was from this visit. Have a previously good experience made me excited to return. This sandwich was dry and had a pungent or acrid tast. Not sure if it was on the edge of going bad or just dirty grease. But left wondering what happened. Hope it was a one off event.
First visit to Zaxby’s and was not disappointed. In the chicken sandwich wars this spicy version works. Chicken wasn’t overly breaded like some places. Fries were OK but a bit on the soft side.
Was pleased to see they offer a 10% military discount helping to make the meal even more tasty.
Will have to try other menu options on a future visit.

Passing through on a road trip and SO glad we stopped here. Chicken was delicious! Hot, freshly cooked, super juicy meat, and perfect thickness and crunchiness to the outer breading. Yum yum yum! We went BIG with our meal to get extra fries and a larger drink (42oz) – definitely PLENTY of food for the road. Crinkle fries were delicious as well with tasty seasoning. Thank you for fueling our stomachs with a satisfying lunch!

Hot and fresh food and they have coke products and booths. What’s not to like? They have the best club sandwich- nothing on the menu that isn’t good, so you can’t go wrong no matter what you order. Not busy on a weekday and comfortable atmosphere. Check out the app for coupons and scan the QR code or order in the app to get points towards free food. Highly recommend!

This location has some classic styling, and some super friendly employees!
I came right at the end of lunch hour, and the service was just about as fast as it could possibly be!
Easy to get in and out of because of the traffic light at the intersection, this location gets five stars easily!
