I could smell the deliciousness the minute I stepped out of the car. I tried asada, birria, lengua and pastor as tacos/vampires and I was not disappointed. The meat was soft, tender and full of flavor. My favorite was the lengua!! Also loved their cucumber and lemon water. Staff was super friendly and the space was spotless. I will definitely return!!

Be prepared to wait about 15–20 minutes. I ordered three lengua tacos and one chorizo—the quality was amazing, honestly the best tacos I’ve ever had. The tortillas tasted freshly made, just like authentic Mexican corn tortillas.
The only downside was that I had to come back to ask for more salsa since they gave me very little for four tacos in my to-go order, but the cashier was super nice and immediately gave me more. He was doing it all—taking orders, helping in the back, and handling deliveries—definitely a champ.
One thing to note: there’s no bathroom, so I wouldn’t plan to dine in. Still these are the best tacos I have ever had in the States.

Very good quesabirria tacos. Loved the consume! The rice was also very good and I always love a bottled coke! The service was fantastic. I almost just got individual tacos instead of the platter because I didn’t want beans but the lady at the counter said no problem to just get extra rice which I did and it was awesome! Space is a little tiny so every time the door opened it was cold, but we got seating and everything was great!

I ordered a steak burrito, unfortunately it was mostly beans and rice. The little meat it had was mostly fat. I also ordered al pastor tacos. They did not add lime or napkins with my order. Not the greatest service. I won’t be going back!

Great tacos with good tortillas. Had an asada & al pastor taco & were very good tasting. Only downside is there is no restroom in the restaurant to wash hands or use at all. Definitely dont recommend eating dine in here for this specific reason.

Quesabirria tacos are absolute perfection. That consommé is straight-up heavenly. After the tacos were gone, I kept sipping the broth and even saved the rest for later. The pickled red onions added the perfect bite and were honestly great on their own too.

I have been looking for a great Mexican restaurant for a while…my problem with most places has a lot to do with seasoning. Salt and pepper go a long way (and other seasonings too) and this place DELIVERED!!! The staff was amazing…the food seasoned!!! Definitely check this place out. 10 out of 10!! The only reason for 3 stars for the atmosphere was due to it being very small there ..there were tables and people eating but not a lot of space to wait for your food and I felt awkward standing there while people were eating. But still… amazing place!

Tacos were really good, just very expensive. The al pastor with the pineapple in the taco was delicious, so was the Asada Mulita I had.
The place is very small and tables even smaller to eat. No chips and salsa were given and no fountain drinks just cans and bottles, which makes it more expensive. Close to $70 I think for family if 4.

So happy that I finally made it to @thlacotacotijuanense! The FOOD is authentic & delicious plus the service is fantastic along with a comfortable atmosphere. I’m getting the Wednesday Quesabirria & Consommé Special and their “House Specialty” Al Pastor Tacos at Thlaco Taco Tijuanense, Hanover Park.
