I came here tonight on new years and it was very busy…I get it. I waited in drive through for literally 48 minutes. When I finally get to the window I ask the cashier if all my food was there she insisted it was. I order x3 crunch meals and 2 extra tacos. She insisted everything was there. As we pull off to leave I count the tacos and a whole meal is missing. We go to get back inline but decided it wasn’t worth waiting again for another 40 something minutes bc the line was still long. The tacos I did have had no lettuce in them everything was cold as hell and I was literally missing a meal for someone in my home so I just gave them mine and decided I WILL go tomorrow and ask for a manager bc my total came out to 18$ and I was missing a meal still. Do better get these people more help or something bc I know I’m not the only person whose meal was messed up. They were mad and rude at one point the girl on the head set when we were about to order said something, and when we started ordering the other female got on and said “She said to wait” and then it went silent. You guys really need to figure out what kind of people you got working under pressure because they obviously cannot handle it. Sorry not sorry.

I don’t normally rate fast food places, but I really enjoyed the double smashed bacon cheeseburger. Fries were good when hot, but like most were not so good as they cooled. Wife likes their onion rings. Overall pretty good.

Ordered and paid for a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger and received an Ultimate Cheeseburger without bacon. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. It’s not a hard thing to do to double check the order especially when the tag with the order is taped to the bag.

Every time I come here the customer service is terrible, I’ve had multiple interactions where it seems like employees are in a bad mood giving customers bad attitude and aren’t friendly what so ever. I only come here because it’s the closest jack in the box to me other than that I dread coming here because the customer service is so bad.

Work all day and just want some food so we don’t have to cook but we get mast attitudes and bad service! Can’t even get treated with even basic human decency. The drive thru menu is blank and so we had to guess what we wanted. Do better.. came back to edit this and say that on top of it both burgers were completely wrong and we got regular fries instead of curly. The only thing they didn’t mess up on was the drink

This is only a few blocks from our house. It is the only fast food restaurant in the area. Everyone in our house loves Jack in the box. The food is decent a little pricey but very convenient and open 24 hrs.
