Staff was really friendly, and joked around with us, which was fun. It’s nice that this pizza hut has a sit-down space. We were seated right away, and our salads came out fast, and not long after our pizza came. It had a salad bar, but it was closed in the evening when my friends and I went.

Came here with my family we sat at the booth table for 20 minutes no one took our order so we went to the front to order take out & are eating at the booth table ♀️ Bc who wants to tip someone who’s inattentive & lacks consideration? Total wait time 60 minutes. Two more things one they have a Dr Pepper ad on the booth table but don’t serve Dr Pepper and lastly they don’t have soap inside the restrooms idk how the employees are WASHING their hands lol

Easy in, easy out… Easy to get what was ordered… Not exactly. I picked up the order but I wasn’t the one who placed the order, all I knew was to pick up two pizzas. Neither pie was as ordered and one was completely different from what was ordered.
There exists a number of reasons why this happened and I’m not going to place blame without knowing precisely why it did. Be sure to 1) know what is to be picked up and 2) check it before you leave the store.

I know prices have gone up everywhere but you shouldn’t have to sacrifice quality and smaller portions. It was very bland. $8.50 for the pasta that barely feeds 1 person. I cam get a $6 take out from olive garden would have been better. We all try to support businesses but this is not something I can keep doing.

Came to order 2 large pizzas. I asked if there was an offer available for what I wanted. Cynthia was my cashier – she is tan lady fairly large in body size. Her customer service was horrible. I ended up paying like $28.50 for two large ONE topping pizzas and the offer was better deal. The offer was large THREE topping pizzas plus breadsticks for $28.99. I ended up paying the same for two large one topping pizzas with NO breadsticks. I came back in and told a second blond older employee the sitiuation. SHE LITERALLY DIDNT CARE AT ALL. Mind you, this was my first time going there and I was actually excited to get and enjoy a pizza at home. The blond employee said – we dont have breadsticks anymore so we cannot validate the offer for you. After I ordered, there were still customers coming out with breadsticks. If they had told me about the offer, I would have ordered the offer as well. They didnt tell me though. I said – could you give bone out wings to make up for what happened since I have the one topping pizzas – she said No. SHE DIDNT CARE AT ALL. THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A WHILE. IM HONESTLY SO DISAPPOINTED. I HAVE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACED AND I HAVE NEVER TREATED A PERSON LIKE THEY TREATED ME. The blond lady didnt care at all. She didnt give me the bone out wings. She didnt offer to give me the two lrge pizzas with THREE topping. She literally didnt do anything and didnt care. IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARTS, I WOULD.
