The pizza is exceptional, always great quality.
However, today there were only two guys working, and I really felt bad for them. Orders kept coming nonstop, customers were complaining, and they were still doing their absolute best to handle everything.
This is not their fault at all, but rather a scheduling issue. They deserve more support.

Unfortunately, my experience with this location was very disappointing.
The first time, I placed a delivery order and the driver forgot to bring the soda. He said he would go back to the store to get it and deliver it to me, but he never returned.
The second time, I chose in-store pickup to avoid further issues. However, after 35 minutes, when I arrived at the store, the pizza had not even been started.
There is a clear lack of organization and respect for the customer’s time. I hope management reviews and improves their processes.

Took 25 minutes longer to get a carry out pizza that had burnt steak on it. I will never order here again. I ordered a deep dish with mushroom, onion, jalapeno, steak, and black olives. For some reason the put the steak on top and it burned. Not cool!

Absolutely no way I order my pizza at 11:06 pm and When I arrive after 11:20 pm he didn’t start yet. And was only one guy doing everything there , the same guy didn’t not use gloves or washing his hands. It’s very disgusting. Touching cashier and food at the same time . The other guy make pizza and delivery. It’s absolutely ridiculous. They should have more people to help this guy there .

I ordered a pizza online and they never delivered my pizza.i wait for it 1hour 30 minutes, I called them and said we can make another one I said not I want a refund and they asked me why? Are u kidding me after waiting for so long , now they don’t give any confirmation number of the refund. Now i have to wait 48 hours to see if they refund it. . Very disappointed. Terrible customer service.

6:45 I am writing this review and still have no food
Restaurant offered 20% off the order as compensation.
Maybe try papa johns next time?

Halloween night, I understand the place is busy. But to mark my order as completed and then when I call I wait for 20 minutes and then they pick up and immediately hang up .. unacceptable.

I honestly can’t stand this location. Will go out of my way to avoid them. I have ordered pick up a handful of times. And, each time something is wrong. It’s as if they just don’t care about quality at all! Today, the pan pizza i ordered well baked was under cooked, very flat and cut weird. And, the lava cakes looked like they were just thrown into the box, and were all squished. I told myself not to order from this place, because in the past they have never done it right. Today was no exception! Never ordering from there again!
