Staff is rude abrasive and should not be in the food business, manager got upset and started yelling when I started to question the amount of meat portion you get when paying for a double meat sandwich, never have I been talked to like that at any restaurant stay away. No wonder it’s always empty. Awful experience.

Got a couple of sandwiches. The one dude working looked like he didn’t wanna be there, and the other Guy didn’t wash his hands. Aside from that, food was decent enough. Didn’t have enough ranch for my sandwich, just grateful I have ranch at home… I think the nicest thing about this location was the cute outdoor seating area.. makes me wish I got a picture.. (one of two sandwiches are pictured; the rotisserie chicken bacon ranch sandwich is what’s pictured. Fiance got the boss, he only wanted half, but got a whole).

I just left and had a horrible experience. I walk in to pick up my pick up order and ask if they still sell the nachos. The guy behind the counter says, “idk I’m too tired to think bout it” so I say, how will u know? He responds with, “I would have to ask my boss and they’re sleeping”. So then I ask bout the cookies and because I didn’t see where the prices were he says in a loud pitch voice, “BEHIND YOU”. I work in customer service and would never talk to any of my customers that way. So it’s safe to say, I will not return. How can you not know what you sell?

I visited the store on Sunday. The manager, Stephen, made three sandwiches for my family. He was by himself, but still managed to help us quickly and even explained what’s in some of the sandwiches and helped us make our decision with what we wanted. The customer service was top tier, the store was clean and it was probably the best sandwich I’ve eaten from a chain shop. 10/10
