Hot coffee, sweet tea, and a few dozen donuts to go. Sounds like a perfect way to keep a road trip going. Easy to find, great parking, and a wide variety to choose from. The employees were nice and helpful and took extra care when putting together the order. Making sure everything was correct.

Old self-serve coffee and stale donuts. Basically the same setup as most gas stations. Definitely not a coffee shop.

Dunkin’ counter and coffee station had 100s of options to dial up your favorite caffinated fix. Fresh doughnuts melt in your mouth, and plenty of other items available should have you satisfied, alert, and back on the road.

They need to close this dunkin express or bring people who know how to make drinks. Too many inconsistencies and no knowledge of making new drinks. On top of that you can’t order online or use any rewards there. The donuts aren’t behind glass or anything so they’re exposed to anything that flies in through the doors. They also don’t stay fresh.

Self serve coffee which I did not expect as they are not a Dunkin Express. They tried to be helpful but told me two packets of sugar equals two sugar at a full serve Dunkin. It’s definitely much less. Hard to measure cream to match the usual amounts of full service. They did get me the espresso shots though which Dunkin Express doesn’t have. I made 3 coffees. They were OK but not what I expected. I would have done better if I ignored their instructions on sugar and cream.

Got an iced coffee instead of an iced latte…how do I know this you might wonder..well it tastes exactly like an iced coffee from EVERY OTHER ACTUAL DUNKIN within a 45 mile radius. LOL this is NOT an actual Dunkin and MOST (not all) of the employees are rude and/or don’t know what they’re doing.

This was my first visit to this location. The employee (Sam) was an absolute delight. She directed me towards the coffee and explained where the sugar, creamers, and lids were located. Sam is a breath of fresh air. You can tell she really likes her job.
