Got the pizza with a lot of pepperoni on it and when I opened the box it was disappointing to see it was just thrown together and had multiple pieces stuck together instead of spread out over the pizza. Normally love the pizza but didn’t enjoy my dinner last night at all. Plus the crust was way far out as well whoever made this pizza clearly was not in the mood and just slapped it together.

Ordered pizza on Saturday online, waited the 20mins it said it would take to cook drove all the way there for the doors to be locked a gentleman inside said I’ll get a refund and walked away, I understand life happens and you can get short staffed or short on supplies but if people are placing online orders, you should respectfully call them and tell them that they’re not getting their order. I had kids at home waiting to eat dinner that had to wait a whole extra hour after this, so we could go find food somewhere else. I also wasn’t given a receipt stating I’ll be getting a refund since the gentleman wouldn’t unlock the door so now I have to call today to see if I’ll even be getting a refund because I’ve been charged $30 for food we never got the option of picking up…. Very bad customer service to say the least!

I ordered a pizza online at 3PM. They were supposed to be open at 11AM. I showed up at the designated time but the doors were locked and the place was dark. I waited until 4PM to see if they opened. I saw a worker go in but they wouldn’t answer the door or the phone. I ended up leaving after wasting 2 hours. To top it off, they still charged my credit card for the order even though it was never made. And now I’m getting the runaround from corporate trying to get my money back.
Update: The store management was quick to respond to this after getting through the corporate customer service and promptly issued a refund. It seems that they are under new management since this occurred and hopefully this is a good sign for the future service at this location.

I ordered pizza from the app and it was ready BEFORE the time I was given. Even with a lobby full of people! The man working the front with glasses on February 9th needs a MASSIVE raise!! He was so nice and was working so hard. He was the QUICKEST worker I have ever seen, and I work in a restaurant!!

I highly recommend Little Caesars Pizza and specifically their Fenci World Pepperoni variety! It’s absolutely delicious! I find myself exclusively buying this pizza from them because it’s just amazing. Additionally, the employees are always friendly and helpful, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. I’m thrilled with the quality of their service and pizza, and I highly recommend them to all pizza lovers.

There were no pizzas ready to go, as advertised, which is why I chose Little Caesars. So I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make one. They really should have pizzas hot & ready for purchase when they open. It was not yet busy, though after I ordered people started rolling in looking for same & had to wait like me. I won’t be back as a walk-in, and that’s typically why I choose LC’s in the first place. They used to be much more on the ball. Not the first time it’s happened, so I’m done.
