Arrived 5:45 and ordered shortly after. Two of the items we ordered had to be prepared, taking 15 minutes. The restaurant had one other family inside eating. She told us to be seated and pay when the food is ready. After 20 minutes, we checked, and nothing prepared. We left at 6:30 went down the street and bought a hamburger.

Made a mobile order pulled up to the drive thru had to wait 2-4 mins for her to ask if she could take my order. Food was old I was offered a remake but I didn’t want anything else after my appetite was ruined. I requested a refund.

I love the Jacksonville Panda crew! They’re always super nice and friendly, my food is always exactly how I ask for it and it’s always ready by the time it says it will be! I used to LOATHE Panda in general, but these guys have definitely changed my opinion! Now I’m addicted and eating there every chance I get!

The Orange Chicken is exceptional. I went through the drive-thru to get it. I have eaten inside before and found the restaurant to be clean and well maintained. The employees were courteous and got my order correct each time I have been here. I am pleased with Panda’s food and service. I get 2 meals out of the bowl serving. Recommended.

Made a mobile order and got there at the time the app said to be there. Waited at the telecom for 4-6 minutes before they said they could take my order. When I got to the window, the employee said my egg rolls would take 6-7 minutes unless I would like to substitute, I said “no substitute, I can wait for 6-7 minutes” and pulled to the front where I waited 15 minutes to receive my food. I checked my bag and unfortunately didn’t receive the sauces I ordered. I’m not mad, just a little disappointed. But overall, nice people. They were never rude. Food tasted good but was lukewarm and was a a’lil skimpy.

Consistently they have issues, out of food, closed dining room, etc.
Today they had a sign on their drive through that says “cash only. Credit/debit cards must order inside”. So I drove to the front. It’s locked. The rude employees told me to go to the drive through. They wouldn’t let me order at the drive through because they didn’t take credit cards ♀️

I placed my order online here for shrimp and Beijing beef..after arriving they say I have 8 more minutes for the Beijing and I say that’s fine…I wait 10 extra minutes get my food and go home. When I arrive home i discover they didn’t even give me any Beijing beef. Worst damn panda
