Panda Express deserves real praise for the family meal, because this was hands-down one of the best value meals I’ve had in a long time. For about $40, we fed four people, and I still had enough food left for two more days. I could’ve legitimately meal-prepped this — and honestly, I probably will next time.
Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Not lukewarm, not “fast food warm,” but actually hot-hot when we got home. The portions were generous, the flavors were on point, and nothing tasted old or dried out. Every dish held up, even as leftovers, which says a lot.
What really impressed me was how versatile this meal was. We ate it as a full family dinner, then I was able to portion it out again later without feeling like we were scraping the bottom of the container. For busy nights, budget-friendly planning, or when you just don’t feel like cooking for a couple days, this is an absolute win.
In a world where eating out keeps getting more expensive and portions keep shrinking, Panda Express actually delivered — literally and figuratively. If you’re feeding multiple people or want food that stretches without sacrificing taste, the family meal is 100% worth it. I’d choose this over a lot of pricier takeout options any day. Best Panda Express I’ve ever been to! They don’t offer the SweetFire Chicken at this location, but everything else was so good! First time I’ve actually had the chicken with a crunchy breading instead of soggy. The noodles were actually cooked to perfection instead of being over done. The portions were huge, almost couldn’t even close the boxes because of how packed they were. The ladies working there were extremely nice! Plus you get 10% off if you have a Military Star Card! Try this location, and I promise you’ll never go back to the off post ones.

Showed up an hour before they were scheduled to close. They only had like 5 options of food to choose from because they were closing “soon”. Again, I showed up an entire hour before they were scheduled too close. Unless the restaurant policy says that they won’t cook anything else an hour before closing, then it’s fine. However, I doubt that is a thing.

I usually like Panda Express, but this location was really disappointing because of the manager. The way he talked to customers and employees was super rude and unprofessional. The food was fine, but the attitude from manager ruined the experience. Definitely not coming back to this location until they get someone who actually respects customers.

This Panda Express is located in the Ft. Carson PX food court. The food is always fresh and ready. The portions are usually more than you expect from a normal Panda Express. I highly recommend the Beijing beef or walnut shrimp. If you’re in the mood for some Chinese in a hurry, this place has that.
