I have eaten so many times that I have lost count. Everything is great, salads, wraps, and they make one of the best cheese steaks ever. The Greek salad with extra gyro meat is my go to salad. If you are in the mall stop by, you won’t regret it. You will always have spectacular customer service.

Bay-brook Mall . This place is nasty, if you look carefully you can see small roaches behind countertop where the food is located, they also use the same gloves over and over touching everything else. They are also rude. When I mentioned the reach to him he got mad at me told me go eat at your home. I would never eat here .

One of the other gems in the food court! You have a choice in philly cheesesteaks or wraps, and both are seriously delicious! Almost as amazing as Charley’s; however Charley’s fries are slightly better! Sorry, Great Wraps! However, this place is probably better for vegetarians due to the wraps! I’m sure they can make a great veggie meal for you! In addition, they got smoothies! So for the smoothie lovers that also want food; maybe this is the place for you! Also, staff here is amazing and kind! They can surely make you feel welcome here, and are also patient and understanding! This is probably #2 restaurant for me! Also recommend newcomers to try this place out for their first time! Sincerely, a worker that works regularly at Baybrook Mall~

You should change the name to o.k wraps!
You can’t screw a grilled bread with meat…i mean it should taste amazing; however, the presentation of the food is not that great, fries were served old, and the soft drink is water down.
As for the sandwich it was ok..not great!
When you have a large menu, you can’t control the freshness of the food! It’s impossible.
Charles Philly steaks is a much better alternative.

[EDIT]-(I did in fact get sick after eating the Philly CheeseSteak) False advertising. They say fresh grilled Philly cheese steaks and I got the saddest excuse of a sandwich. The meat was dry from how old it was, and was obviously microwaved. Save yourself an awful sandwich, and just go to Charley’s for basically the same price and much higher quality ingredients and food.
