In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Always super fast service here. I usually call to place my order with the “Jet Bot”, which has recently been improved for greater accuracy and order flow. I live just a mile from town yet my order is usually ready when I arrive!

Okay, I get it… it was busy, I’m not going to lie. However….. I put my order in just before 5 pm, I received a message that my order was ready for pick up by 5:15 p.m. I arrive almost 5:25ish p.m. for them to ask what my name was and I sat, and sat and sat. I watched and counted a good 25 people come in and pick up AFTER me. Almost: 6:00 pm one of the people from the cooking line comes from the back to ask me about what I’m there for. Again, I give my name and my order information, when she walks over to the warmer with all the orders ….. collects the box with my name and gives it to me. The box is semi warmish… stained with grease and now 30 – 40 mins past pick up time. The service was GARBAGE… no one even apologized that they overlooked my order… it was sitting there the whole time and the only reason they bothered to look for it was because it was close to closing time for them. Kinda makes me wish I hadn’t paid and tipped ahead!!! I guess $17 is the price you pay to learn hard lessons!!!

Great pizza for a good price. The salad and dessert cookies are good too. Favorite part is the bottle of ranch you can buy. Was a perfect order for our reception and the location to pick up was great. Staff was very welcoming and helped with extra questions we had. I will order from here again.

I’ve ordered from here about 5 times and I think maybe once they got my order right. The first time I ordered about two years ago they delivered to my house nearly an hour later than the quoted time with no response when I called. The second time we tried was about two months after that. We ordered online and had the confirmation email but when it was an hour and a half after the delivery time and I called bc they 2ere closing in a half hour, they said they were too busy and not delivering that far so they completely canceled my order without notification. Third time I went was about 6 months ago and had to wait 45 minutes and call before someone came to my car to give me my order and when I got it, it had obviously been sitting but I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes total after my expected time. Third time was a cpuple months ago and while I waited a little it was clearly busy and everything was fine. This time we asked for sesame crust and got it on the pizza instead. Not a huge deal but we won’t be going back since they are 1 for 5.
