Stopped for a couple drinks. Nice, sporty place. Much easier place to stop in the area on a Saturday night versus downtown as there are plenty of spots to park.

Sports bar & grill with normal sports bar decorations and atmosphere. The food was really good, I had the grilled cheese and tots. Service was also exceptional!! Great place for a quick lunch or get together with friends.

I have eaten here twice. The service is fine. The food is not good. The first visit, I had the burger basket. Just a step above a fast food burger. Second visit I had a grilled chicken wrap. The chicken was hard and dry. The temperature was so hot in the restaurant, it was uncomfortable. The ladies rest room smelled so bad, I could not use it. Will never return.

Excellent food. The wait staff would make sure my glass was continuously full. Taco salad was very filling, I had the beef. The seasoned sauce on the side was a little tangy and mild in heat. The wings we had were labeled hot and very bearable. I would actually rate them medium at best. Look at the chairs and you will notice names of coaches. I would love to go back and and hear some of the stories. Anyone that is a Hawkeye fan this place is a must.

Ordered online to be delivered by Grubhub and got it nice and hot. Everything was fresh. The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly. The garlic Parmesan wings were so good. The Cajun fries didn’t give me the Cajun flare but they were still so good. I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve been trying different spots I haven’t before and the taste and quality of the food was beyond what I expected. I cannot speak on the service though as I never went in.

Fun local bar with sports theme and yummy food!
Our first visit to Coaches Corner was great! We had the bone-in wings, fries, and tots. The wings were delicious, and well-sauced.
Our friends had shared they have the best ranch in town, and they certainly have yummy ranch dressing! We happily dipped our tots, and wings in it!
Service was spotty but it seemed as if they might have been short staffed — although it was surprising, considering it was a Saturday night. Although our waitress was very sweet, we had to get up and find her for some of the condiments we requested and waited over ten minutes for as our food got cold, and had to ask her multiple times for refills.
Our friends, who regularly visit, say this isn’t a typical occurrence but it certainly impacted our time there.
All in all, we’ll be back because the food and atmosphere is worth it!
