I adore this new addition to the Asian food scene in the Santa Fe area. We came out for our anniversary and sat at the sushi bar so we could chat with the chefs and watch them work magic. The seared swordfish nigiri was incredible and the omakase menu from that point on just got better. Highly recommend checking out this restaurant for your next date night or special occasion ❤️

This is elegant little gem is nestled behind the El Nido restaurant in the breathtaking village of Tesuque. The food was exquisite and the service was exemplary. The sous chef, Doug Prishpreed, was a real standout and helped prepare a marvelous meal that was perfect fare for our date night. 10/10 would return and I hope Doug is working!

We had a great dinner at the sushi bar and the food and service could not have been better. We had a nice bottle of sake and order a variety of dishes. Loved the tempura green chile stuffed with shrimp, the mixed fish tartare and the nigiri and rolls were great. They had otoro which is an all time favorite. Highly recommend and next time we’ll try the Omakase.

We’ve been coming to Su Sushi (or Sushi De Nido) and always leave happy, full and impressed. The picture is of the Uni, from Santa Barbara, very good and fresh; packed with omega-3’s but unfortunately like most sushi subject to availability! Everything is real fish, yes even that crab in the rainbow roll or others. We have also had just about everything on the list, if you’re open to the best cuts and chefs choice go with the Omakase. If you’re more particular, choose the yellowfin, Scottish salmon, Unagi (my consistent favorite) or others. You will be satisfied, and I bet like me you will keep coming back!!

One of the best sushi restaurants! My husband and I have been here over 10 times and have never been disappointed. I love the battered shrimp tempera and the salmon roll they lit of fire. Service is impeccable and friendly while the atmosphere is tranquil and serene. MUST GO!
