I LOVE papa John’s. Let me first say that I drove to this location from Lodi bc I love this pizza. I ordered as I left town and got the notification that my pizza was ready before I arrived. That’s why I was confused when I walked in and saw Jule (that’s what he told me.his name was) finishing my pizza and throwing it in the oven. He told me he needed five more minutes and I asked if that was my pizza and he told me no. Not sure why he lied as I sat there and watch that exact pizza scroll through the oven before he boxed it and handed it to me.
Atrocious customer service. No apology or explanation when I asked why the website updated me that my order was ready more than 20 mins before it was.

I called, as a repeat customer, that paid for several big orders, and was treated like dirt. My business approach (USA!), is to negotiate a little. The worker, who I could barely understand, hung up the phone! Hey, 209, do not support this bad business, with non- English speaking workers with ugly attitudes. Gross. Not the right approach for repeat customers that were loyal. Especially in the USA!! I’m done with this place.

The person who took my phone order was very professional and has excellent phone etiquette. They genuinely greet and acknowledge their customers when walking into the building. I paid and was on my way home, in less than 2 minutes. They are very efficient and well coordinated.
When I arrived home, I opened the pizzas and was very pleased with the presentation. The toppings were well distributed throughout both pizzas, the slices were properly cut, and all slices were evenly cooked. Thank you, for your strong attention to detail, cleanliness, outstanding quality ingredients, and superb customer service.
For any prospective customers reading this review, I would strongly recommend this Papa Johns location.

Ordered here multiple times and the pizza was always great the staff is friendly, and accommodating enough. The cooking area looks clean and Papa John’s deals on the app are great! Highly recommend!

I’ve been a regular customer at Papa John’s March lane location for quite some time, but my recent experience was absolutely disappointing. The pizza quality was subpar—honestly, it didn’t taste fresh, and the overall flavor was off. On top of that, the customer service was appalling. The staff were rude and unprofessional, which was really disheartening as a loyal customer.
I asked for ranch and garlic dipping sauce, only to find out that the price for these items had doubled. It was frustrating, especially when I’ve been used to getting them for a much lower price in the past. To make things worse, they didn’t even offer a single ranch with my large pizza, which seems like a basic courtesy.
Overall, the experience was a letdown, and I’m seriously reconsidering ordering from here again. If you’re looking for quality pizza and decent service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I felt truly blessed. I went in there at the end of the night to see to if I could Order a pepperoni pizza I Was notified The ovens were off for the night. Before I could walk out, I believe it was the owner said they had an extra pizza I tried to pay, but they said it was okay. They’re small jester made me feel extremely grateful and I’ll definitely go back earlier and recommend Papa John’s to other people.
