I made an order two turkeys and cheeses last night through their website and I was given an option so they can make my order the way I want it. First: they never looked at the box that said American cheese and extra vinegar.
Instead what I got was barley any meat, no cheese, and extra oil on top of the fact that the lettuce was old as well as the tomatoes ( check images ) I paid $43 for two giant subs that were made like this. What a waste of money. I couldn’t call last night because my order was delivered right before they closed. I tried calling this morning and when I press 7 to try and speak to someone the phone just disconnects after I make the selection. Terrible experience and for the amount of money that I spent on these sandwiches I definitely want my money back or my sandwiches replaced. If not I will be contacting corporate about these very sad sandwiches.

Food was fresh, we went late and two stoner looking kids running the store. Kids were respectful, food was good, store was clean. My first time at J.M. I will be back.

Hands down the best sandwiches around. Cold cuts and cheeses are cut fresh upon serving. They are cold and hot subs, prices are above competitors but it’s worth it, ya get what you pay for. Perfect for lunch & dinner. Dine in or order to go. Call in or order online. I highly recommend. Shop is clean as a whistle, staff are professional & courteous.

I really like their subs! The meat and cheese are cut fresh when you order and the veggies are fresh and tasty. They do have a limited choice of breads but otherwise a reasonable selection of subs and they will customize the sandwich. Service is quick and you can order ahead on the Internet or by phone. Prices are Ok. Parking is limited.

First time, not what I expected.
Italian sandwich, lots of meat.
Asked if they could heat it up?
They said: we don’t do that!
Even at a 7eleven they will do it.
Not coming back, sorry…

My fiancé placed a mobile order for two subs at 7:11 PM. Got to the restaurant and 7:35 and was told “the grill is backup up right now so it’s gonna be a little bit”. There was nobody in the restaurant, and there’s on guy on the grill while the other two or standing around watching him make the online orders. I Didn’t get my sandwich until 8:05, almost a whole hour after ordering. On top of that, the sandwiches were messy, not presentable at alol and had wrong ingredients. Train staff better cause I will not be returning here.

I’m not quite sure how to rate Jersey Mike’s so I’ll compare it to other sub shops. It’s better than Subway, the meats are of higher quality and they pile it on. The bread was decent, slightly better than the “fresh baked” at Subway but not your Federal Hill quality Italian bread. All in all a better Italian grinder than Subway but not the best I’ve ever had. That distinction would have to go to Dee’s Deli in Cranston. Price at Mike’s is a little more than Subway and equally priced with Dee’s. Great experience and a delicious grinder. I absolutely recommend this place and it’s conveniently located up the road from me.

I walk into Jersey Mike’s expecting just a sandwich, right? WRONG. I walk in and it’s like I’ve stepped into a submarine palace of flavor and righteousness. The air smelled like toasted perfection and deli meats sent from the heavens. And who’s behind the counter? ASHLEY.

Now let me tell you, Ashley isn’t just an employee—she’s the Beyoncé of sandwich artistry. She greeted me like I was a long-lost war hero returning from a sandwich-less dimension. I asked for a #13 Mike’s Way and she nodded like she knew the secrets of the universe. The way she layered the meats? Precision. The lettuce? Fluffed like clouds. The vinegar and oil drizzle? A Michelangelo painting in liquid form.

She handed it to me like she was knighting me into the Order of the Hoagie. I took one bite and briefly forgot my name, where I was, and why I ever ate anywhere else. I think I saw colors that don’t exist on the visible spectrum. I don’t even know if I paid or just floated out of the building carried by sandwich-induced euphoria.

Ashley, if you’re reading this: thank you. You are the chosen one. Jersey Mike’s, give her a crown. Or at least a gold spatula.
