Holy Moses has a menu full of gluten free options and they understand how to keep from contaminating gf with non-gf. Had the best gf chicken tenders ever here! We will be coming back. Highly recommend.

I went to Holy Moses Tavern for my birthday and went back again yesterday and it was AWESOME both time! We splurged on a lot of gluten free goods (wings, pizza, pickle fries, and onion rings) and all the fried food was so good! The BEST wings I’ve ever had. I highly recommend the trip up and it’s definitely a must stop now every-time I’m in the area.

I’m visiting from out of town, and after I took a scenic train ride I was looking for some food… away from small children. The Google highly recommended this tavern and it did not disappoint! Sara, the bartender was so sweet (she giggles like a school girl when you make her laugh ) and helped me concoct a spin on the boring mule. Ask her to make you one with sour apple vodka, so good! I even got an apple slice!
I ordered the pizza with pepperoni and asked for extra crispy and it was perfect, and very delicious. The regular patrons were super friendly, I chatted with everyone (I’m traveling by myself). I loooved the place so much I bought a tee shirt, it’s going to PA!

Not a booze drinker, but I AM a gluten free eater, and this place is THE BEST spot for gluten free fried food. Fried pickles, chicken tenders, sweet potato fries with a gluten free melba sauce..not an overly extensive menu but if you like fried food, are gluten free and don’t want to get sick- this is the spot.
The owners wife is celiac and they are serious about avoiding contamination..all hand battered and made in house. So. Freaking. Good.

We have nothing but good things to say about this place and the owners!!! They are wonderful people! They catered our wedding (all gluten free) and we couldn’t have been more pleased!! There was no leftovers! There was a slight mishap of missing sauce and the owner himself drove it to the venue and we would have never realized the mistake! Thank you Holy Moses Tavern and Angela and Mike for helping make our wedding day perfect!!! 20 out of 10 would recommend!!! Absolutely amazing!!!

OK pub food. Ordered boneless wings which were probably double dipped as they were hard and very crunchy. Half sweet chili half hot honey which we charged 1.50 for two sauses and in addition there is a 3.00 charge for celery and blue cheese. Be aware these owners nickle and dime you. We don’t plan on going back. Ask questions and beware of uplift charges.

The gf mozzarella sticks are awesome! It was great to have a selection of gf apps, from a dedicated fried. I only wish I lived closer. Service was fantastic and very knowledgeable!

My husband and I stopped in tonight to get somthing to eat and drink and watch the game. Great tavern atmosphere and the food was amazing.. we got the wings, hot dogs and pretzel bites, all huge and so yummy! Bartender was so friendly and inviting, made us feel welcome even though we weren’t from close by. Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely be back!
