Ordered a pizza last night! Instructions, square cut and well done! My pizza came, normal cut NOT square like requested and the pizza was not well done. Now we understand you make the pizzas and put them in the oven but the crust wasn’t fully cooked under the sauce. You could rub the sauce off and see the dough wasn’t finished and the cheese was not fully melted. Disappointed!

So we ordered doordash tonight and all I can say is stay away from the bowls. The portions are tiny. I mean so tiny you would be more full from ordering a happy meal at McDonald’s. Papa John’s website is misleading as well the photos of the bowls are nothing like what you actually get. I could see the bottom of my dish before ever eating anything. It’s crazy that their bowls cost close to 10 dollars for maybe 3-5 bites (that’s how small my portion was and again I must express I ordered from doordash so they wouldn’t refund due to portion size they said they can’t control portion size so it is not a valid excuse for a refund. So I called the store where I got a response that the bowls usually appear small in portion size.. so they are admitting to deceptive marketing and misleading the customers who see a full bowl on the website. Also they agreed to remake it and did the same thing again and really showed no sense of concern about portion size or lack there of. In conclusion stay away from the bowls unless you like throwing money into the trash because that’s what you would be doing not to mention you will probably throw the bowl in the trash as well considering the 3-5 bites you get in your portion will be greasy and nasty.

If your going to door dash with pizza places make sure you don’t put you’re gonna give a tip into the description because a lot of DoorDash don’t like doing it because it garnish DoorDash wages if you get a $20 tip you gotta pay it back

Ordered a couple pizzas and cheese sticks for dinner. Placed the order this afternoon to be delivered around dinner time. Because my order was a delayed order, I did not have access to the PapaTracker. The delivery time came and went, so I waited an extra 15 minutes before calling the restaurant to check on the status of my order. The manager I spoke to was very rude and frankly incompetent. He claimed my order was not in his system, so I asked him three times how we could resolve the issue as I’d already been charged for the food. He said that he was too busy and I would have to call corporate to get it resolved. I called corporate and they were able to see my order in the system, so they called him back to get the issue resolved, and he told them that he was too busy to deal with it as well. I noticed that recent reviews have been low for this location, and I have to wonder how much lazy management is playing a part in it. Customer service was absolutely horrible. He had a bad attitude and clearly had no interest in trying to resolve the issue at hand. I am so frustrated because my family orders from Papa Johns on a fairly regular basis, but I do not have any interest in supporting a restaurant whose management will not help their customers when issues arise.

The food and stay were amazing. I ordered over 30 pizzas with 5 different times. 2 delivery and 3 pickups. One was a lady minute addition. All were amazing and on time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great store! Delicious food.

I just wanted to say that I am very thankful for the help I got at this store! I do not live in this state, and I placed an order to be picked up by a loved one for their birthday. James was very hands on about making sure the pizza was done correctly, and had everything I asked for on it. He even wrote happy birthday on the box for my loved one to see. Thank you James!!!
