In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. This location never gets the order right. It’s really pitiful. My last order was two Jet boats which are essentially calzones. Toppings wrong in both, receipt read correctly, no sauce or ranch with either, both requested. Paid $30 plus tip for delivery, basically got two loaves of warm bread. Too many good options locally to overpay for a subpar product. I’ve given this location too many opportunities, they disappoint nearly every time. If you’re going to roll the dice on bad commercially produced pizza vs a mom and pop, roll them elsewhere, this place sucks!

I ordered a round large pizza and when I got there it was a deep dish. I complained the woman being the counter didn’t care so I bought the pizza and threw it in the trash, I can’t eat deep dish. I would give them a negative score if I could. I have gotten a lot of food here before, never again. Hungry Howie’s and Happy s treats me better. Nobody is going to treat me like trash

Been ordering from the Belleville Jet’s for years and have never had a bad experience. The pizza has always been fresh and cooked perfectly, pickup orders have always been ready on time, and nothing’s ever been incorrect or missing. Best pizza chain around

Ordered the BBQ chicken pizza which should have had grilled chicken, the pizza was delivered with the grossest breaded balls of chicken, I guess maybe popcorn chicken. Pizza completely ruined. Very disappointing.

Terrible. Messed up my order then tried to credit me instead of releasing my money back to my card or redelivering the pizza. Then decided to be rude and constantly hang up on me when I attempted to get the case resolved. Terrible customer service, terrible

Ordered a heart shaped cheese pizza today. Overcooked it was. When I called to inform them of this well done pizza, I was told I could receive a store credit but have to call it in or return said pizza and get another one. I’m at a loss on this one. (you can bounce it off a wall it’s that hard)

This Belleville location constantly undercooks their signature deep dish pizzas and is now cutting a bunch from their menu. When they get it right it’s awesome but it’s a real hit and miss here.
