On our way to Tampa, FL and stopped in for a bite at Chili’s and our server Savannah was amazing! She was the best server we’ve ever had, ever. I truly mean that. She was extremely kind, welcoming and very attentive. We never had to ask for a refill, or anything extra because she noticed and was on top of it immediately. Our food was fresh, hot and extremely tasty. I will come through TSA everytime just to eat at this Chili’s! Please visit here and ask for Savannah as your server. You won’t regret it. Alsoo get the triple dipper. Very good and filling!

Yeah, that’s right, I’m giving Chili’s a 5 star! There’s not much here at the Louisville airport, but I knew exactly what I was getting and it met all my expectations! Is it a bit overpriced? Sure, but we’re in an airport. Are the seats and chairs a bit tight? Yeah, but again…airport! Plus they serve breakfast which was fine. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos of the food before scarfing it down. Just sit back and imagine this…3 overeasy eggs, bacon, wheat toast with breakfast potatoes , aka small prepackaged square potatoes you throw on the grill for 10 seconds. If I’ve set the mood appropriately then you already know if you’re going there. Also, who checks the reviews of an airport Chili’s? Hmmm, who writes a review of one? Anyways, safe travels!

I had a wonderful experience at the Chili’s in the Louisville (SDF) airport. Airport dining can often be a rushed or impersonal experience, but Ashley made my visit truly memorable.
From the moment I was seated, Ashley was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Despite the busy airport environment, she was prompt with taking my order, refilling my drink before I even had to ask, and ensuring my meal arrived quickly and correctly.
She was also very knowledgeable. Her positive attitude and efficient service made a potentially stressful travel moment much more relaxed and pleasant.
The food was delicious and fresh, but it was Ashley’s outstanding customer service that really made the difference. She is a srrong suit to your team at the SDF location!
I highly recommend stopping by this Chili’s and hope you get the chance to be served by Ashley!

I visited the Chili’s at the Louisville International Airport before my trip to the Dominican Republic, and I want to give a special shout out to my server, Ashley. She was warm, attentive and consistently checked on me and my friend throughout our meal. The food came out hot, the prices were reasonable and the service was much better than what you usually expect from airport dining.
My drink tasted a little flat and could have used more carbonation, but everything else was great. The atmosphere could use some updates and a bit more cleaning, so I’d give that part three stars, but Ashley’s hospitality made my visit stand out. I truly appreciated the care she showed. Thank you, Ashley, for making my experience a positive one.

I had such a great time waiting for my flight at SDF…the food was really good but the service was top-notch. It was fast, friendly and AMAZING! thanks to my waiter Travis. He was so personable and nice that it made me want to stick around and hang out, he made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely come back to Chili’s at SDF and look for my favorite waiter. Happy customer.
