One of the cleanest, most comfortable lounges I’ve ever been to. Very roomy and well appointed decor and furniture. Extensive selection of cigars and bourbon. Espresso machine, and extremely friendly staff. Was welcomed here like family and treated well. Definitely a must visit for a quality cigar and beverage.

Wife and I stopped in here on our trip from GA to VA and part of me doesn’t want to share how awesome it was cause I want to keep this secret gem to myself. They were responsive to my questions we had prior to getting there and once we were there they didn’t treat us like tourists passing through they treated us like we had been life long friends and customers. Their cigar selection is off the charts with great prices and the bourbon list is legit also. Owners sat and talked to us and the other guests were friendly and fun to hang around. We will be stopping in here again next time we are in the area.

This is truly a gem. Black River is by far the best cigar lounge I have ever stepped foot in. They have a great selection of cigars. The atmosphere in this place sets them apart from any place. Oh you want a whiskey? They got you covered. This is now the place I come to weekly to enjoy a cigar, relax, have a bourbon, and let the rest of the world pass on. I’ve been to many cigar lounges across the country and this is by far one of my favorites. It has a great vibe to it that falls between overly corporate and low budget, afterthought lounges. The original brick and unique fixtures, combined with high end leather seating give it a feel that’s hard to find in newer cigar lounges. Add in the incredible bourbon selection, reasonable prices and friendly staff, and you have a must stop cigar lounge to add to your list.
