This place is freakin amazing. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. A true taste of Italy. One of the workers mentioned to me that they source their olive oil directly from Tuscany Italy. Would recommend to everyone

I placed an order online, when the order arrived items from my order were missing and what had arrived was fairly cold. I called the store location on Van Houten. A young lady picked up the when I explained the situation she caught an attitude. As I tried to explain what was going on she continously cut me off and started speaking over me. I asked to speak with the manager, and was denied, I asked her for her name and again she denied. She was very short and rude over the phone. I will not under any circumstances be returning my business to this location.

Just until now I wanted to adda review because it’s necessary, I just also saw all the bad reviews the store has, specially the management. I hope the owner or corporate can see this to have an immediate change for the store management.
I placed an order for 8 people , individual orders, hut boxes, two pastas and liter soda and two two limonades, I walked to the delivery car to help with the order because it was big. I always ask the driver to make sure handle all . I notice when counting the order only 6 came and the two limonades were missing. I called the driver to verify if he has the rest on his car , he said no,, that’s all they gave him.
I called the Pizza Hut and this is onVan Houten and Mt prospect, I spoke to this girl who answered the call , she did not want to help me blaming the driver , I insisted that I spoke to the driver she got defensive, loud and disrespectful. Saying that all was delivered, I told her from a group a couple of people were left with no food and drinks for lunch. She was interrupting me all the time until I got loud and asked to be responsible for the missing items, she insisted that we got it. When I saw no help I asked for the manager to be on the phone she said she is the manager , I asked her name and said JAZMIN. She got away with the money i paid for the stuff I did not get , and the delivery fee. Did not send back what I was missing and most possible won’t issue a refund” I will repeat what I told her she is the most nasty, disgusting and disrespectful manager I had ever talked to. Give her some training in customer service because she is nasty to talk to, and does not help or assume responsibility and does not care very rude and disrespectful ! and also math classes because she insisted that send all the dishes all to me she does not know how to count . Placed an order online for my toddlers who have been asking for pizza since they got out of school. I thought I’d place the order online save time and I accidentally ordered them both thin crust some how but I asked if there was anyway they could do one regular and Rachel flat out said no! Now I wouldn’t have had any issues adding another pizza to my order but her attitude just made me walk away completely and I decided to leave the entire order. I worked customer service over 20years and that’s not how you should treat customers. It’s as if she was lazy or tired and not wanting to deal with making another pizza. Anyways thank you for reminding me why do not come to Pizza Hut on Vanhounten.

This is the worse Pizza Hut in Jersey. The staff is lazy I called them 10 times no body answer the phone I went there to order for my kids they guy at the register told me we can’t take your order you have to wait two hours .

The first time I ordered from here was on dec 24th 2024. The pizza arrived completely doughy and uneatable. I had to cook them myself. I called, and I got a 45 dollar store credit. The second time, I ordered online because I truly didn’t know you had to call to use the credit, as I had made the order online. Either way, when the food arrived, no Soda. So I called again to ask about the credits and the soda. I was met with straight disdain. When I call, I make sure to be kind and listen. I know I didn’t give any attitude. She said she would either credit me or send out a soda, but I had my credit and I was good to go. Hours went by, I called because I was going to bed, it was that late, and asked to just have the credit. She stated I had my 50 credit, I got told to call back to make my next order and my credits would be there.

I called back today, try 3. Ely answered the phone (had to ask how to handle the phone call but magically became the manager halfway through the phone call). She first time me I used the credits, then she told me I never had them, then that I only had 5 dollars and my others expired. I asked for corporates number, she said she didn’t have it. I asked for the store number she told me no, she didn’t know what store it was. And what sucks the most is tonight was actually the night I really needed it. I have this one night between having what I need and not having what I need. It’s just unfair.

I started here since day one and I can honestly say the staff is pleasant, respectful and really do their best to satisfy their customers. I had a few minute issues that was handled quickly and politely.

The food might have been not so great however they will take the opportunity to make it right. All of this together is why I give a 4 star. It’s definitely better than Dominos Namaste

We tried placing the order over the phone was put on hold for a while, hung up drove there to place the order. I was told 15-20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes before asking about it and was told it would take 20 more minutes and they didn’t know why. After almost an hour after ordering I got my food and asked to speak to a manager. I was told they were not in and my issue could not be resolved then. I wasn’t given an apology or any reason on why it took so long. I used to work ok the food industry so I know things happen but no apology and told a manager wasn’t there rubbed me the wrong way. They also ran out of plates.
