15 min after I order, the person comes out to start my order. The lady didn’t care at all.

It’s a shame she has a job and others dont… I wish people had pride in what they do, no matter the role. Waste of time and a waste of space.

I don’t eat at Burger King very often. I was blown away by the freshness of the food! The burger came out exactly as I ordered it and the fries were hot and fresh. Although the kiosk was available, they were willing to take orders at the register. The only downside is if you intend on using cash, they don’t take cash. Cashier was very friendly. Overall, it was a refreshing fast food experience to write about.

The manager or owner. The older guy was super rude. There is no options to ring in an evian water on the kiosk, only dasani. I figured it was the same price for all waters. The guy was super upset that I didn’t ring in the evian. I told him I already opened the evian and I would pay full price for it, on top of the price I paid for the dasani. He pretty much had a hiss fit and eventually let me walk away with the evian. He was super rude.

Brenna has the perfect best customer service. I came in drunk she knew what I needed without asking, and she went beyond and above to make sure I was okay she deserves a raise and to be promoted. if I was a business owner I would be proud to have her as my employee.

They were supposed to open at 5am, they didn’t (15 mins later ), I know it’s early, but I am not the one who put that schedule neither the one who took the job.

Just two employees, they were not enough (poor administration and HR), the cashier a white lady mids 40-50 yo. Would not say “Good Morning” was rude and sarcastic (how come you don’t have hot beverages a winter morning). The same lady put my order together and forgot the harsh browns, I realized they were missing when I sit and went back and asked for them, she served (no very pleased though) when I started eating and she gave me a wrong sandwich, at that point, I was just too tired to complain… the only thing good I can say is that the food was good.

They can get away with terrible customer service because they are the only faster food around, but it still might be faster to order a burger from the brew house. Same price too. Under staffed, rude, and did not let anyone use the kiosks to order.

I would give one star but bumping up to two stars because in an airport. Nothing really great about this place. Where is the flame grill? Food subpar even by Burger King standards and service slower than it should be. The employees in front generally seems polite and prompt, but you can see easily aee into back and it looks like no one ever has any sense of urgency or care. There is a guy who works in front sometimes with reddish hair and beard and he is very prompt, friendly, and polite but that is it. Is there even a manager? As a newer space, it looks much better than it is. Sad they can’t due better.

Manager Abu has a bad attitude. He tells me he cannot take my order and I have to use the kiosk. I tell him I only have cash and he tells me to go somewhere else to eat. Real professional.

At 9am they were unprepared for breakfast. Even though no line, it took 10 minutes before there kitchen even started preparing my order “we’re waiting on eggs”. Nearly another 10 before it was delivered.

The Hash browns were cold and stale. The counter woman was pleasant, but seemed very confused and disoriented.
