I get my lunch from here just about daily and for a few reasons. The staff are very welcoming and the quality of the food is pretty high. I am a big fan of their chicken and cheddar wraps! There are lots of free toppings to add to any sandwich or wrap. They load up all my toppings and the wrap still stays together nicely.
They used to serve organic fountain juices – I’m hoping those come back soon!

The Sandwich was So Good, I loved Pulled Pork sandwiches from the fair and theirs was just as good. Had the Seasonal Shake, Churro it was So yummy!! Only regret was not going sooner in the season! (Ate all my food otherwise I’d show pics )

This sandwich shop is terrible. Their staff doesn’t listen to the orders and they are slow as molasses. Orders get screwed up consistently, especially catering orders, and the staff is a bunch of teenage kids related to the management. The owner treats the managers terribly, makes them work 7 days a week to make up for lack of employees, at times 70-80 hours per week. They can’t keep employees due to their awful managerial skills. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I placed an online order for a friend who was admitted to the hospital and before placing I specifically called and informed the staff (Shevell) that I needed it to be ready on time due to work constraints. I was assured the order would be prepared accordingly.
Upon arrival, only the sandwich was ready. I understand it got busy. I was told I could take the sandwich and would receive a refund for the shakes as it was not prepared. When I asked for the refund for the shakes at that time, I was told it could not be processed until the next day. I then stated that I wanted the full order instead. I was told that I would have to wait. I remained quiet, while that person (Shevell) continued to state that it had become busy and again suggested that I take the sandwich and receive a refund for the shakes.
Given my need to return to work, I requested either the complete order or an immediate refund, which was refused. No manager was available to address the issue.
Another staff offered to assist with my order while the other person was handling other customers, but she (Shevell) stopped him from helping me. Although I was upset about the order not being ready, I did not use profanity. Despite this, she stated that I had cursed at her, which was inaccurate. I was not given my order, despite being paid online just because I was upset for not keeping my order ready.
Overall, this experience was unprofessional and did not align with the assurance provided at the time of ordering. I would appreciate appropriate follow-up regarding this matter. Also I did not get my refund yet.

Dedicated parking spots, easy to get in and out quickly. 3 sizes to pick from basically 6, 8 and 12 inch 2 types of bread. Very clean, staff is friendly and efficient. Both subs we got the veggie and the meatball were tasty. 6 in. veggie was $7. 8 in. meatball was $11…. That’s where they lost a star and a repeat customer. Just too much for 6 or 7 meatballs split in half with cheese, seasoning and sauce.

Yo, why your bacon taste like pepper and not bacon? Didnt use to be like that… I can still taste pepper in my mouth and I finished my sandwich over an hour ago! Overall pretty good place to eat. Would be 5 start if not for the crazy pepper bacon.

I have been to this location several times. I usually order online. Food is always great, order is correct and ready when I get there. Milkshakes are fantastic! Employees are always friendly and helpful. They even place your milkshake in the fridge to keep it cold for you.

Extras add up quickly when vegetables aren’t included in the price. It was good, but pricey, because I spent $25 for a sub sandwich, and a salad. Being a former manager of a sub shop myself I think they could do better, as far as including vegetables in the price. The price is my reason for the 3 stars.

For having 7 employees working at the same time, this store doesn’t have it together a single bit. Wasted 30 mins waiting for my food. Ordered online, came in at the estimated time. One sandwich was ready, the other was lost. Asked to cancel due to prior commitments and the cashier has no idea how to do so. I had to wait another 30 mins for them to make me another sandwich. Several other customers waiting form missing sandwiches. One lady -door dash – had waited for an hour. Wow. Had two prior orders from here and 0 issues. One bad shouldn’t trump two good times but the customer service was non existent, no apology, no offer for a drink due to long wait, nothing.
