Avoid at all costs! Made a mobile order for a whopper and french fries, when I arrived in the drive-through there was one car at the pickup window but it took 15 minutes. when I I finally received my order I asked if my whopper had no onions, no mayo and no tomato as I ordered and she confirmed yes. When I opened my burger, they gave me a whopper JUNIOR with onions, mayo and tomato.

My wife went through the drive through and the manager said they were very backed up and busy with no one in the drive through at the time and then said to come pull away from the drive through because my car was to loud. A crown vic. Not loud. So she left. I called and spoke to the manager who handled the whole process with my wife saying they were very busy but also said no one was in the drive through minus herself. I spoke with him on the phone and he dismissed all of it and essentially claimed he didnt feel like it and they didnt want to do the order with how “busy” they were with no one there and this manager even said no one was in the drive through at 6pm. Terrible service. Washed up. No wonder this place is in a gas station. We will drive to Salina next time. These people hate their job and put it on the customer.

Worst fast food breakfast I have ever had. Busquits were hard as bricks, gravy had no flavor and the cini minis had no frosting. A total waste of my money. It all went in the trash. Never again!

The food was okay, but more importantly, I really do not appreciate the lack of respect the manager has shown to one of the employees. I felt bad for this employee.

Understaffed, the workers who were present made it clear they didn’t want to be there and kept telling folks in the lobby how long it will take to be served and talking down to the employee who needed training. Made us feel like we shouldn’t even be in there. Uncomfortable.

The order taker rung my order wrong and I dont think the guy fullfilling the order understood either. What part of a drink, fries, and bacon cheeseburger on their 3 for $ special is hard to understand? Gave me 3 bacon cheeseburgers instead. They also dont have $1 plain patties for my dogs. I was not paying $2.99 each. On the flip side, their food did taste good and fresh.
