Specifically went for a burger and beer. Beer was not available downstairs in the restaurant. It was on display but had not been restocked. When we asked the cashier for Yuengling she only had one can of the flight available said there may be some upstairs because their beer guy comes all the time but they had not restocked the restaurant. Burger was decent equal to Whataburger quality, but more expensive. Atmosphere was comfortable but got rather loud with other tables talking all at once close by. All condiments come in individual packages. Meal would have been better with a beer.

I have tried this place a few times now. Each time is about the same. They are always out of stock of things on their menu without any signage stating otherwise. It’s a constant each time. Their service is slow, which I wouldn’t mind if the burgers were amazing, but they aren’t. The burgers aren’t bad, just decent quality. The service is hit or miss. When the older lady works the front, the service is good. When the young girl is at the front it’s not as great. The place over charges for everything except their bowls (which are impressive sizes). Overall I think they are in need of a revamp and would love to see them be better, they definitely have to potential.

I had the veggie burger and onion rings. Both were incredible. So often the veggie burger seems like an afterthought on the menu just something they thought they needed to add but didn’t care for. Theirs is excellent!! I have eaten here a handful of times. Their service is always spot on and the place clean!

. The young lady up front (I believe her name is McKayla) was so nice, helpful and patient with us, all while smiling. Kennedy cooked up our food so fast and everything was cooked perfectly. Love that place and the staff. Will definitely be back. Almost forgot, the Cream Soda is the BEST!!

I’m a burger guru and always look for the best burgers where we travel. This place for sure is a must!! The fries are crispy but not oily, onion rings have the perfect crisp! You taste a little of the oil it’s fried in and it adds a pleasant but not overwhelming effect. Chefs did a great job! Thanks yall!

The Branded Burger was fantastic, simple yet super delicious.the interior decor was fun and made you feel at home with a splash of American class . I chose the Hollywood burger it was not overly spicy despite the grilled jalapeños with hand cut onion rings. Everything was very fresh and inviting. My wife had the jelly belly burger, which also was great with fresh cut fries that were seasoned perfectly.would highly recommend it for a fresh, quick bite . We will definitely be stopping by again.

I came here to get some lunch while out for some alone time. I come through Hillsboro once a month and had been wanting to try it for a while. I ordered the Branded Cheeseburger with mustard and all the veggies, cooked to medium. I ordered fries to go along with it and an IPA. I placed my order at the counter, paid, and they gave me my drink. I waited for less than 10 minutes for my food and it was brought to me. The staff was friendly and respectful. I stayed for about 45 minutes, just observing, eating, and taking my time. Everything, including the restroom, was clean and organized.

The food was good! I really enjoyed my burger, and the fries were good too. The service was not good. They had missed our online order coming through, which we did to try to save time as we were on a roadtrip and just needed a quick dinner. Seemingly, today they changed their closing time from 9:00 to 8:00 although everything says 9 (including the sign on their own window). The server was clearly irritated that we were still there, even though we ate very quickly. Not a very welcoming experience. But, the food was good!

We stopped in for lunch on our way back to DFW. Delicious burgers, fries and onions rings in the Hillsboro downtown square. Great 5min detour from I-35!

Scrumptios burgers and savory fried pies! I had the Shroom burger, cooked just right. And they offer several flavors of homemade fried pies, we tried the apple and the peach, very tasty! Good drink swlection inclusing Diblin (TX) sodas. Fun historical pix around the interior make this a fun place to eat.
