Undelivered Order and Unresolved Refund
On Monday, January 26 at approximately 5:00 PM, I placed a delivery order with Pizza Hut for two large pizzas (cheese and pepperoni) totaling $32.45. I was initially asked whether I would pay by cash or card. I stated I had a $100 bill, and I was told there would be no change available. I was then transferred to automated payment and successfully paid $32.45 by card.
I was informed the delivery would take about 30 minutes. After waiting over 40 minutes, no delivery arrived. I called the store and spoke with a male employee who told me the store was closed due to weather, despite the fact that I had just placed the order, spoken with staff, and been charged.
When I explained this, he stated he had no information about my order and transferred me to the corporate office for a refund. I called corporate multiple times with no answer, left a voicemail, and also submitted a complaint through the Pizza Hut website, but I have received no response.
I paid for an order that was never delivered and have been unable to get assistance or a refund. I am requesting an immediate refund of $32.45 and a follow-up regarding this unacceptable experience

I ordered my pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese, what I received was a pizza with barely visible sauce and very little cheese. I called this location and they agreed to remake it and re delivered it, it’s been over and hour. I called the store again and they said another 20 mins so far I have not received my Pizza. I will not give this location another try. Pizza is always very scimpy on ingredients .

Ordered at 6:40 pm for delivery. Delivery was supposed to be done by 7:20pm. At 7:40 pm I called and they said they didn’t know where my pizza was. I drove to the store to have our pizza remade and had to wait an hour for it to come out of the oven.
You need to stop taking DoorDash and provide an actual service to the community. Hire and train better people. You need a manager to help navigate things and fix the broken heater.

Sorry but for them to know that on Halloween they would be potentially busy they need to have more workers! I called at 5:39pm to get a pick up before I take my child trick or treating and guess what no trick or treating because pizza hut had us waiting a freaking 1 and a half never in my life and I ever dealt with such long wait time. So thanks to you guys I couldn’t take my children trick or treating next time try to have some staff so that we can be in and out because yall have ruined my whole night !!! I will probably never in my life come back to this location! This is very sad that a line is outside and you got other people that pull up and leave with there pizza but guess what we’re still here and can’t even have a good Halloween because of this bs! Get better or more STAFF OR BUSY NIGHTS LIKE THIS LIKE A NOMRAL RESTAURANT WOULD DO!

This Pizza Hut is 0 for 2 with me. Ordered ahead both times with the expectation that I would be in and out. First time they were slammed and couldn’t keep up with demand. Can’t hate them for that. This time however, the order never reached their computer from the app. The employees made the pizza on the spot… but not waiting for the pizza to be made is the whole point of the app in my opinion. Pizza Hut fail, but the store employees were great.

They gave my delivery order to someone else there for a completely different order so they just got a free pizza while I waited for over fifteen minutes with no update or anything. Pizzas are done but sitting they’re not even being boxed. Pure out right lazy and incompetent people that can’t even throw pizza in a box let alone hand them out right. I wouldn’t be giving them minimum wage.

The staff was always horrible and would routinely yell at people or just flat out ignore them (this was always hard to watch while waiting for your own food), but I put up with it because their pizza was good. Laity that hasn’t been the case. It just keeps getting worse and worse to the point that today I got pizza where the doe wasn’t even cooked. This can make someone very sick. I don’t like to give out bad reviews, but please don’t get food from this location. You could get sick.

I’ve been going to this Pizza Hut since they opened. They have gone up & down in quality. We always pick up our pizza so I don’t know about delivery, we don’t like waiting from any pizza place. My personal pans are always great! My husb thin pizza are overdone about 40% of the time. The wings are good for a pizza place & the Cinnabun dessert is really good. Customer service is usually nice.
