Wanted to highlight a great experience I had at this particular Panda Express. Me and some friends just got done seeing a movie and I was hungry. I got to the movie late so I didn’t have time to get snacks before. This Panda express was conveniently placed and I was pretty sure it would be the fastest. I was going in with average expectations, but I was blown away at how great my experience was. The staff was all incredibly friendly and kind. They took the time to have a normal human conversation with me and made me feel valued. They were also quick in serving me and accurate with my order. The food was good and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. Overall it was a great experience and I was incredibly impressed by the wonderful staff.

It’s a pretty typical Panda Express—nothing too exciting. The place was pretty busy, so you might have to wait a bit, but the staff is friendly and keeps things moving. Food is consistent with what you’d expect from Panda: hot, decent portions, and hits the spot when you’re craving something quick. Not a place I’d go out of my way for, but it’s solid if you’re nearby and hungry.

I am deeply saddened by the low reviews of this Panda Express chain. First of all – Panda Express is the greatest place to eat.
I have never had my order be incorrect form this place and the service is always quick. They really put the express in Panda Express. Luckily they don’t put the panda in it though.

I typically wouldn’t do this but I was impressed by one employee specifically. He seemed evidently new as he was getting some training from Eric the manager. But as I watched Apollo not only was he friendly and quick to help get our order processed he checked in on us while cleaning and sweeping.
I heard another group of people offer him a job while he was working and honestly was tempted to do the same.
I was however unimpressed with the way the manager was treating some of the employees, I understand you can be stressed and busy but he was incredibly snappy and short with several employees (Apollo especially) who were focused on ensuring the customers had a good experience while the store was a touch slower.

After a long morning of travel, my gf and I decided to hit up Panda Express. The place was right next to Top Golf and a bunch of other fast food joints and restaurants. We were greated kindly when entering.
We both got plates – 1 with Honey Walnut shrimp, 1 with Kung Pao Chicken, both with Orange Chicken (classic ) and both with half/half chowmein and fried rice. The food was delicious as always! The orange chicken was juicy, the Kung Pao chicken a great texture, the chowmein noodley. The first few bites of my rice were a bit crunchy, but it got better after that.
The apple pie roll stole the show. Those things are delicious! I tried them once before at another location and knew when I saw them here I just had to get them. Highly recommend those.
My only disappointment is that there was a hair in my Kung Pao when I started eating, but I just took it off. I didn’t see any other issues after that. Otherwise great service and clean joint.

Panda Express is Panda Express but this location in Vineyard was something different. They were attentive quick and polite. The building was very clean and well maintained everything was fresh and hot will definitely be back.

I am not one to normally leave a review, but I have never been treated better at a fast food establishment in my entire life. Both Anderson and Lyna were so kind. The food was great and Lyna came over and continued to go above and beyond. I will never go to another Panda Express and I will definitely be coming back. #LOYALTY
