Popped in for dinner with the fam on a weekday. Friendly staff took our order right away. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. We ordered the Beef pho with flank, tenerloin, brisket and meatballs and Shaken Beef with white rice. The Shaken beef was buttery, tender and well-seasoned. The beef pho was good but I didn’t like the texture of the meatballs. Next time, I will opt without meatballs.
We have so many Vietnamese cafes in the area so I am comparing flavor and portion size to other cafes around Sugar Land and Richmond.
I am rating 4 stars because the food and service were solid. Compared to other Viet restaurants in town, their prices are higher. Nonetheless, we will be returning and recommend Mama Le.

We come here all the time with our staff and employee for lunch and during hôm days. Friendly service, comfortable ambiance and great Vietnamese foods. Very kind people. I would recommended their Avocado smoothies and Vietnamese Milk Ice coffee and Salmon Rice and Pho. The broth is fresh. Not too much seasonings. Thank you so much.

I thoroughly enjoyed the meal today, specifically three bowls of Beef Noodles Soup and one plate of Egg Rolls. The food was truly delicious, but what stood out even more was the exceptional service.
I would like to give a special shout-out and compliment Quynh, who served our table (I hope I got the name right!). Their kindness and attentiveness made our dining experience wonderful.
I also want to compliment the lovely person who helped us with the payment at the end.
I believe anyone who visits will experience more than the kindness and great taste that I felt. Highly recommend!

I LOVE there iced mango matcha drink. It comes with mango bites to! I have been back twice and they are always really kind and courteous. I also have tried the coconut shrimp which were delicious and fried rice and bahn mi sandwich both were good!

Very delicious food. Met the manager/ owner. She is super nice. they have fresh coconut to drink straight from the plant. I had the chicken with vegetables, lots of veggies in it and it was perfect. Chill place to hang if you’re waiting as well. Nice music.

My bf had the Bo ne and he loved it with the bread.
Pâté was good, I feel I can’t give a full review cause I had just the banh mi, Next time I’ll try another dish.

I had the fish sauce fried chicken lunch special. OMG it was amazing! The chicken leg quarter was perfectly cooked, the skin was crispy—and the flavor was out of this world. I loved the little dipping sauce on the side which had a very light kick, not overly spicy. Really outstanding I will absolutely be coming back whenever I’m in town.

As a first time customer, I did not have a good dining experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very sweet hostess who recommended various dishes to try. Unfortunately, the item that was recommended in which I decided to try was not tasty at all. I didn’t enjoy the pork products within the dish (don’t have an issue with pork – but the flavoring simply was not there for me). I took one bite and immediately knew it was not the dish for me. I respectfully asked if I could switch the Pho meal out for another option and the manager was called to the table to check on me. Again, I asked if it was possible to try something else – she refused as she stated “we don’t give refunds – only if it’s something our fault”. Here’s the thing, as a first time guest who made it very clear to the waitress that I was trying something new, I do believe solid customer service would’ve allowed me to EXCHANGE (never inquired on a refund as I was obviously hungry) my food option to be satisfied with the service + food experience. Unfortunately, this did not happen and I paid for this meal and left. I will not recommend nor try again based on the handling of that situation alone. It’s very typical for every dish to not be liked by every guest; I would never eat at a place that I’m not safe to experiment at or try new things. That’s quite boring and ruins the unique dining experience.
