Literally fell in the parking lot 2 managers higher up were sitting down and saw me fall when I went in nobody greeted finally a girl said I’ll be with you in a bit . No manager asked if I was okay . Seems the play place never gets cleaned. Tables never get wiped down when I worked in the industry we had to wipe down tables several times a shift and after people left .sweeping and mopping were every closing and opening shift tasks. But obviously people are just there for a check and management doesn’t give a shit .if it wasn’t for child wouldn’t ever go back..

I don’t usually endorse BK, but I will this time. My wife and I had a gift card and a late night craving, so we went to this Niles location and were pleasantly surprised! The lady who gave us our order was very nice, the food was hot and fresh, the price was a great deal, the Root Beer tasted like a good fountain soda, and the trio deal they’re offering feels like a steal! The only downside was that upon leaving, there was a lot of snow right before you get back onto the road. I try not to eat too much fast food but I will be back!

Visited on a Monday evening with my kiddos. We were treated like royalty, the lady helping us was so kind. We ordered two kids meals and a buffalo chicken nugget meal and chocolate pie for dessert. She gave us crowns and told us the play place was open. The food was okay. We sat in the play place area and she brought us our food. The girls enjoyed playing at the play place and there was no one else there.
We needed to kill some time and this was the perfect place to do it!

Very disappointed in the manager Ty.
Went in and asked for my friend krystal and ty was very rude towards us and said “she’s busy” got snotty and walked away then continued eyeing us. I simply said that’s fine. We’ll wait, We just went in to get ice cream cones and while krystal was ringing us up, Ty Continued Being disrespectful and monthly towards us all.

If you deliver food, I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND you avoid this store at ALL COSTS! The employees at this location lie about deliveries being picked up by other drivers. They just say that when they don’t feel like making the order, which is typically around midnight an hour before they close. Look, if you don’t want to work, don’t show up for work and let other people who want the job show up and actually do the work. If you don’t want to stay open until 1am, change your hours. If this store actually has a manager, the manager should actually think about starting to manage something. I’d suggest starting with managing the entire staff some pink slips.

This marks the second occasion this month that we have received a meal of unsatisfactory quality. The food was notably stale and cold, rendering it nearly inedible and quite disappointing. Both instances occurred around 6 p.m. during periods of relatively low customer traffic.

This has been only my 2nd time here. The 1st time don’t remember it was this bad. Ordered a whopper today. And it took along time just for one hamburger to make. People comments are correct about wait times. They had one guy in back making food. Not good. I watched him make my burger I ordered extra everything and paid extra for it. When I got the burger it was as expected not extra everything as I watched him make my burger. I open it up right in front of the order taker, it was all mayo, no lettuce, 2 tomatoes, no ketchup, and 2 rings of onion. I said this is not extra everything. She threw it out with an attitude, and said I’ll make one for you. I figured it would have been perfect. Got to my seat and opened it up and it was disgusting. I was so hungry I ate it anyways. But just have to comment, same thing, no lettuce, no ketchup, it did have 3 tomatoes and more pickles, . Then the Mayo was ridiculous it was oozing out of the bun all over my hands like an inch of mayo, It was terrible with taste. The Mayo drowned out all the other flavors. I will never go back, and I’m a fan of burger king whoppers, southbend gets it right all the time, I’ll always order a heavy all whopper and they load the lettuce, ketchup, tomatoes, about 3-4 slices, 4 pickles, and 4 rings of onion. It’s always big and juicy. Never had an issue with the south bend location on their heavy all burgers.
This Niles location is for sure something wrong, they need to train the employees on the ingredients properly. And when someone orders and pays for it, heavy all. Your store did it twice and still got it wrong. And lost a customer over it. I’ll just get my food from the south bend location. Never go back to Niles that’s for sure. Very sad you can’t make a burger right.

It’s dingy the food tastes fine but doesn’t look to good and the drive thru is super slow don’t get me wrong they have great deals and the fries are pretty damn good but the whole place has that look of a dying franchise ya know kinda slowly falling apart
