I ask for 10 bone in natural wings and sauce on the side, I ask for ranch and sweet bbq On the side. there was a spanish lady ,(who i don’t know her name), I don’t really care told me, that all I can get was 1 sauce. I ask why not and she said the system won’t let her. I have ask for the same order for years and never had an issue with it so I asked her why not if I am willing to pay the extra money in which her response was you don’t have to be rude to me. I was not rude at all all I asked was for another sauce so I responded to her I have not been rude to you all I want is another sauce just charge me for it.
What the heck you can ask for what you want now this days. What are this cashier’s are made of now this days that they there feelings gets hurts for asking for what you want?
I was on the phone with my daughter and she heard the conversation and she was like ,dad did she really asked you not to be rude to her? You was not rude at all, I said yeap that’s what we are dealing with now this days.

It’s was all in all great. Yes one was cold but asked for fresh . They fixed it…we didn’t care for the new lemon pepper. There was no flavor but everything else is on point I would definitely be a weekly customer if it was a but better skin on chicken was still attached which means wasn’t ready but all happy considering

I have been coming to this Wingstop for years since it’s not far from my place. Out of all the times they have messes up this is the worst. Bought food for a little quick lunch date and ordered lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. They ended up giving me regular hot and barbecue. Out of the entire menu those are the two flavor my girlfriend doesn’t like. Also they gave me 8 pc instead of a 10 pc. Even thought the food here is good they need to double check their orders.

I come here a lot because I love wingstop. However, tonight was the first time I had an uneasy experience.
We ordered one combo, restaurant had one other customer besides us and we waited 50 minutes only to find out they were never making it in the first place.I always come here so it unlikely to get this kinda service here but tonight I was disappointed :/

I’m just disappointed at the sizing. I ordered 20 boneless wings, what i received was nuggets, popcorn chicken. The size of all 20 wings were about the size of my pinky if I was lucky. I get full on 5. I ate the whole 10 of my share and was not even somewhat full. Orange chicken at Chinese food is bigger than this.

Their wings are the best. They’re service needs more attention to detail. Numerous times have I gotten my order wrong and need to open the bag to check it’s contents to make sure I have everything. They’ve done much better but it still happens once in a while

I walked in, placed an order to go, I got home to eat and I called to let them know they messed up on my order what can we do to fix this, I ordered 10pc classic all drums x5 mango x5 bbq they gave me 5 bbq in drums and 5 mango in flats. They said they didn’t charge me? Then how did they know to get me 5 bbq in drums? And get me 5 mango in flats? that’s stupid they did charge me, anytime you order classic they give you both flats and drums, not all flats or all drums that’s why it’s extra you ask for all drums and because the whole order wasn’t messed up they couldn’t give me a refund, everything had to be incorrect to get a new order prepared
