One of the worst slices I’ve had in NYC and I work all over manhattan and omg let me tell you this is BAD BAD sure it’s crispy, but flavor? I’ve never tasted pizza that is so bland thank god for crushed red peppers, the 4. Whatever stars must be from Tourists that never had good pizza goodbye and you will never have businesses again and it was 9.31 for 2 cheese and a soda can. And what really got me mad was the Arizona ice tea cans that sell for a dollar anywhere else in America were $3.50 like enough is enough already what a joke

My boyfriend and I were on vacation and we were staying around the area so we decided to give it a try. It was some of the best pizza we’ve had. We got an assortment of slices to try different toppings and glad we did! The staff was also very friendly.

This pizza was good. At first i walked in and heard 6$ and was like hell no ! But my sister offered to buy me a slice and thank god she did. It was actually so amazing. This is going on my top pizzas list (i am not a professional Pizza eater but this is my opinion) Also ! The place was so beautiful and nice with outlets ! Amazing, would definitely recommend and bring my out of state family here when they visit.

Back in the 1980s- late 1990s, it was called Steve’s Pizza, and it was damned good. Great regular slice, with a semi sweet sauce. Unfortunately, they must’ve lost that recipe in the late 1990s, because even when it was still called Steve’s Pizza in the early 2000s, it was terrible. No difference now as Hank’s, there are hundreds of better pizza places in NYC. It’s really a shame, it was really good back in the day. Service is good still, not the pizza.

Great food-spot. Loved the mushroom-pizza and und the crunch of the pizza base.
Hank is an awesome guy, during our ten-day stay we visited Hank‘s nearly every day. For Pizza, for drinks or only for chit chats. Thank you, Hank (u)

Cheese tasted like the slice was leftover from yesterday. Either they’re serving you an old pie or the cheese is trash. Choose something else
Also I was overcharged. 1 top slice should be 4.50 plus tax=4.90. 5.36 charge showed up on my card. Beware- they must be hiding processing fees, which are not disclosed anywhere. There is a sign saying you can SAVE 3.5% by paying cash, but that does not mean they can just tack on additional fees. Even with a 3.5% processing fee my slice should have been $5.07.
Bad pizza+shady business practices

Love love that they marinate their chicken for the buffalo chicken pizza. It makes the flavor ten times better. It was quick and easy to get our food and they have an upstairs for you to take a break from outside and enjoy your food. Great prices, would go again!

The pizzas are really good – cut both in squares as well as triangles. The pepperoni is my favourite. They also have several vegetarian options like spinach and eggplant. They make a good margarita. Once you place your order, they cut you a slice and pop it in the oven so you can enjoy it hot. The chocolate chip cookies are really chunky too, if you have a sweet tooth.
The server is really nice.
You have the option of sitting outside, at tables, on the sidewalk. They share an entrance with Lázaro bowls so there’s more to choose from. There are sodas in the fridge.
