Stopped in for dinner and WOW — the burgers here are outstanding. Juicy, perfectly cooked, and stacked high with fresh toppings. The bacon cheeseburger was especially impressive, and the fries were hot, crispy, and generously portioned.
Service was fantastic from start to finish — friendly, attentive, and fast even during a busy dinner rush. The atmosphere is lively and fun, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a great meal while at WinStar.
If you’re anywhere near this place, do yourself a favor and grab a burger. We will absolutely be back.

We were driving through from Minnesota and decided to stop by the casino to grab a bite to eat. After checking out a few options that didn’t really stand out, we came across the Dallas Cowboys Bar & Grill, and I’m glad we did.
From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel at home. We were greeted right away and seated without a wait. Our server, Harlie, was absolutely amazing, super kind, attentive, and really knew the menu. She gave us great recommendations and made sure everything came out just the way we wanted. The food hit the spot, very flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked, and the bartender made the drinks just right, who doesn’t like a perfect cocktail..
The restaurant itself has a cool, modern vibe with big screens and a comfortable atmosphere, a great spot to relax, catch nfl games, and enjoy good food. We all left full and happy, and honestly, this place made a great first impression for us being new in town.
Big thanks to Harlie, Emily, and the whole team for the awesome service — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

First time here and it’s SOOOOOOOOO GOOD. Our waiter JJ was very nice and accommodating and FAST. He even convinced us to come to happy hour tomorrow lol The food is delicious and HIT THE SPOT. 10/10 Perfect first time experience!

We ordered the buffalo wings, jalapeño mac & cheese bites, and the catfish nuggets, and everything came out fast—Tyler made sure of it after we mentioned how hungry we were. The food was great, but the service is what really stood out. Tyler kept our drinks topped off multiple times before we even had to ask, which is honestly the kind of attention you don’t see everywhere.
Even with only about 20 minutes left before closing, he never made us feel rushed and treated us like we were the first table of the night. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely on top of everything.
If you’re stopping by, definitely hope you get Tyler. He made our late-night meal way better than we expected!

Spent my birthday at Winstar and had drinks and apps at the Dallas Cowboys bar and grill. From the moment we walked in, the hostess was awesome and greeted me so well considering it was my birthday even joked around with me. You cannot beat their happy hour prices on beer which I loved, the food was great; I wouldn’t mind seeing some new options for food. Maybe even a few IPA options on beer.
Our server Lyndsee was exceptional and delivered everything in a timely manner, she even brought me an amazing birthday dessert that was out of this world!
Thanks for the love, and see y’all again soon, go cowboys!!!!

The food is good, the employees were friendly workers, the atmosphere was fine but the service was not good. We waited 45 mins till we’ve received our food especially the appetizers. I had to ask and the waitress she was nice but she couldn’t tell me when the food was gonna be ready.

2/8/26 noon. This place is a bit pricy and food is very salty. So salty couldnt finish it. While ordering I was trying to ask a question about a entree and HALEY kept talking over me and not listening to the question. Haley finally took our order and after the guy brought our food HALEY never once stopped and asked did we need anything. WE needed napkins and a refill on our drink. When I say WE the people across from us were annoyed as well. WE had to flag her down just to pay. VERY annoying as there were may 5 tables max with anyone eating. Wont spend our money where we are not appreciated. IHOP up the hall had better service. We ate there the nextv3 days!

We are at this restaurant because we wanted dinner before the concert at Windstar. The initial service was good but when we got our water the bartender and server handled the lemons with their bare hands. We didn’t get utensils and napkins with our meal. We had to go seek them out. The menu said my veggie burger came with Secret Sauce but it must have been a big secret because my burger was dry. If you love the Cowboys then you might like this place. If you are not a fan, go eat at another restaurant in the casino.

The service was great. The server we had advised the catfish a lot a people did not like. The pizza was underwhelming. The server said it was the best thing. The burger was not seasoned, oddly enough. I don’t know what is good here. I was unsuccessful in 5 dishes I tried. The atmosphere was fun and entertaining.
