Horrible. The greasiest pizza I’ve ever had. We’ve had greasy pizza before and some are amazing (ny style), but this was like they dipped the whole pizza in grease before placing it in the box. Borderline disgusting. It wasn’t good. Box soaked. Crust soaked. You can blot the top but the bottom was soggy soaked in grease. Look at the pics. Haven’t ordered from Pizza Bolis in a while and I guess we won’t for another while now.

It pains me to say this because my family orders from this location at least twice a month. My experience with the service tonight was so disheartening. I called in and order a larger pepperoni and a large cheese well done. I was told that it will take 10-15 mins. So when I get there the “cook” (who refused to give his name) asked what was my order and took the payment. He told me that it’ll be ready in 5 mins. So 10 mins have passed and the guy name “Will” asked me again what I ordered, time, name and phone number. Gave all info to him and he said that he didn’t see my order. I said that the other guy took my payment. He said “ok that’s why I don’t see it, 5 more mins. So 10 mins have passed and another guy name Sabian asked me again the same questions “Will” asked me and I asked what was taking so long, he said that they just put my order in the oven and should be coming out in 3 more mins. Now I called the pizza in at 7:17pm and got to the store about 7:25pm now it’s 8pm and I still haven’t received my pizza. So now I asked for my money back. The guy “Will” tells me that he needs to confirm that a payment was taken. I said “call the other guy to the front so he can confirm he took cash(I’ve never received a receipt). He said that he didn’t need him to confirm, the system can do it for him. So once he confirmed he said he needs to see if he can give me a refund. I told him it should be easy because I gave cash, just give me my cash back because I don’t want the pizza. He then proceeded to tell me that they were training and that I should have patience. I said” that’s crazy you said to have patience when that’s all I had but you couldn’t set clear expectations” ! If there was a mix up, I understand. However, to rude to a long time customer tells me something about them tonight. Now I’m hoping they’re under new management and this is not how they’re “training” their new employees! Forever lost a customer tonight !

I absolutely love Pizza Boli’s! Although I usually place my order online, the contact that I have had with the staff has been pleasant. Also, I’ve never had any problems with my order. My food is always delivered quickly and warm. I’ve never had my order delivered incompletely, my full order is always here! Currently I have no complaints with the Nottingham Pizza Bolis. Their pizza is by far my favorite in town.
