Ordered takeout pizza off a suggestion and reviews, 4.5 on YELP. Definitely overrated, and overpriced. We paid $39.00 dollars for to medium pizzas. We paid $1.50 for extra toppings which there was very little of.

Terrible experience! I prefer to order local if I can & like their pizza but it was over 12 minutes wait with an easy online order. They were in the weeds with 3+ others waiting. Worst is my LG Sausage sub was cold & pretty sure not even heated to serve.

We have place 2 to-go orders in the last month and had issues with both of them. Someone gave our subs to another customer but made it up to us. That was good. On Feb. 22, I spent almost $100 on 3 XL pizzas and one of them was marred. It looked like all the toppings were scrapped off of 1/4 of the pizza, leaving 5 pieces bare. We did not see it until we got home.
I called and was told a manager would call me back the next day, which never happened. Quality and service seriously lacking. I’m sure the kid who boxed it would not have taken it home either. We love supporting local but what a disappointment.

Food is always very good. Tonight the customer service was as bad as it gets. Ordered 2 small pizzas, both with banana peppers and extra cheese. Pizzas were delivered early, that was nice. I opened the pizzas and there were no banana peppers. Immediately called in. The girl on the phone went to “ask the person who made them”. She came back to the phone and claimed the banana peppers were there. I said send your delivery driver back and I’ll send you the pizzas, I haven’t touched them. She asked me to hold again. Now the “manager” gets on the phone and says he personally made them and that both the peppers and the extra cheese were on the pizzas. He said the peppers “were hidden under the cheese”. I argued with him and said the same thing again about sending him the pizzas and added, then call me back and call me a liar when you see for yourself they are not there. Sorry, Jan and Tony, y’all lost my business. Sad, you have a great pizza, louzy employees.

Got Italian subs, two 12 in. Tasted nothing like an Italian sub, my wife’s was onion and banana pepper only. Mine was regular. Between the two subs there are only three banana peppers on them and she barely had any onion on hers as was mine. Food tastes bland and old and for it to be an Italian sub, it did not taste like it. Since it’s been sold will not go back there ever again. Quality has gone downhill fast. And it’s unfortunate. Been customer for over 30 years.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Ever since it was bought out, it has gone completely downhill. The food tastes old and stale, like it’s been sitting out for days, and the owners have zero respect for customers. What used to be a decent pizza spot is now one of the nastiest excuses for a restaurant around. Save your money, your stomach, and your time there are way better places than this dump.

I grew up in Plain City and would eat at Jan’s Pizza at least twice a week best place in town. Even when they teamed up with Little Tony’s, and became Jan n Tonys it was still AMAZING!! Love loved the people, the service, the atmosphere and the food was made with love n pure pride and it was AMAZING!! Well, its’s not anymore I have eaten there once since Chris sold the place and I won’t ever go back. The food, service and prices are horrible

This place used to be good, When my aunt and all the others worked there there food was fresh and delicious, now it’s just gross!! The new owners are jokes, they ran out some of the nicest employees and good service they had.
