overall atmosphere was gr8 even though my order was carry out. food was gr8!!! recommend usin their app as u get points that can b redeemed 4 free food/upgrades 2 ur food n they add up quickly…..recommend:

I have been to this location a few times. It has been a long time since dining in as I usually use the drive thru. Everything prepared in plain view from the inside order line. My order has been prepared correctly each time. They do change their items now and then so there may be a new option the next time you visit. I like the egg rolls and spring rolls.

Not too bad for fast food Chinese! Prices are ok, staff is nice and food is usually pretty good. I had a bowl with Super Greens & String Bean Chicken. It was really good, but my only complaint is undercooked Broccoli. It’s hard to chew! The chicken was tender and flavorful. Other than that, I enjoyed it and would return.

Fast food atmosphere with Chinese restaurant food more commercialized and available to view what you are getting. Assembly line format from beginning to cash register. They need to have rice noodles for the gluten-free group. Broccoli was firm, with stems attached. Rice was slightly dry, but I liked the egg and vegetables in it. Too much rewards push and round up at register. Flavor pretty good and a wide selection. I’d return. Seemed clean as well. Kent Ohio area.

I came to this restaurant at around 9:15 PM, even though it clearly says they’re open until 10:00 PM. As I was walking up, they literally closed the doors right in front of me and started cleaning. No explanation, no apology — just shut the place down early while customers were still arriving.
If you advertise that you’re open until 10, then be open until 10. Locking the doors 45 minutes early is unprofessional and disrespectful to customers who make the effort to come out.
I won’t be coming back to this Panda again — not even during the day.

The orange chicken and fried rice are one of my favorite cheat meals . If I have the choice of that meal or going to eat or take out at a Chinese restaurant…I would choose the orange chicken here….its so dang good!!

The staff at this location have been great. Seems to have a very good manager now. Great customer service the woman serving my food was very nice. I get the honey walnut shrimp for all three entrees I highly recommend it if you haven’t tried it. There’s a slight upcharge for it definitely worth it though. Best location to visit compared to other pandas.
