Cashier has no knowledge of what they sell in the Wheelhouse Market. When you pay they don’t give you a receipt. I ordered one drink – Fruit Punch – order of fries and order of churros. I was told that food would be ready in 15 minutes. I received my fries about 7 minutes later. I told them I also ordered churros. After 20 minutes I asked how much longer and the cashier told me that the lady who works with him just started cooking them. Food should come out together. If you do not know how to prepare food do not offer. Once I received the churros they were hot and a little hard but they completely covered them with sugar and cinnamon. If you are hungry eat outside of the Wheelhouse market.

Food is disgusting! I got 3 bowls for 70$ with different food and all of them are awfull! They didn’t have enough rise for the last bowl and put mixed veggies. The rise we got was raw and like stone. Didn’t have beverages we paid for. Why allow paying for something that is not in stock?

** warning do not go here **
Food was a disgrace, absolutely disgusting they couldn’t even get it warm never mind hot.
Vegetarian option was 3 slices of Cucumber and two Tomato slices in a flat bread for $8.
The drinks from the fountain was just fizzy water.
Service was shocking we thought about leaving before the food arrived as it had taken so long.
Unfortunately we waited and the food did arrive not sure what was worse.
Whatever the staff were on but must have been better than the food.
Honestly the worst experence we have had in Orlando.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE
Save yourself the money and potential doctor appointment go somewhere else.

Cashier had no training or idea how to take an order. There was no line and the food took 10 minutes to prepare. The fries were cold and they said they just came out of the frier. I asked them to try them to see my point. Then they made a fresh batch for me then they sat on the order ready shelf for 5 minutes until the untrained cashier was able to get them to me. What an overall disappointment.

I had a wonderful experience! I came here last week and ordered 5 Fries Chicken Tenders with Fries, the food came out relatively quick for the amount of orders that they had. The chicken came in hot and was BIG and almost all meat (with just a bit of fried crunchiness), fries were good and the Kickin’ Bourbon was AMAZING! Customer service was good, sweet, and to the point, even with how busy it was they did not faulter.
Overall the service was excellent, food was good (the sauce was amazing) and I was very satisfied. This should be your place to come when visiting the Icon Park!

Let me just start off by saying there is a reason why this place has a 1.7 rating. When we first got there, which must have been right after they opened, we wanted pizza. A guy who worked there came up to us about 10 mins after scrolling on the menu pad and said it would be a long wait for the pizza. We asked how long because we were willing to wait but he shook his head no and said it’s gonna be a while. So we decided on tacos. The tacos did take a while but I wasn’t really upset because we had a little time to spare. So I go and get our food. They lady that was handing me my food did not greet me, did not say thank you or you’re welcome. I asked her 3 questions, and she didn’t even make eye contact not one time while answering those questions. She acted like she was so annoyed with me. Back to the pizza…..the person who ordered right after we did got their food about 5 mins after. Magically here comes the pizza that we were supposed to be waiting hours for. I said all of that to say this place is horrible. Not because of the food, but because of the customer service. They are so unwelcoming and cold. Just a bad experience overall for our first time visiting Orlando. They don’t have to worry about us coming back.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. You order on tablets and get ignored by every staff member. Then, I got a text that my food was ready over 30 minutes after ordering (I got 3 kids cheese pizzas). When I go to the pick up counter the staff completely ignored me until I had to literally flag someone down and was treated like was a complete nuisance. I didn’t even get my 2 sodas until asking multiple times. I wasn’t even ordering at rush hour.

I will compliment the cook who eventually came out to help the incredibly lazy, rude front staff.

Worst experience I’ve had ordering food probably ever. Especially for a major location that essentially us like a mall food court.

Get food elsewhere before you come to the attractions.

We walked up at 11:20 and the sign said “closed,” but the workers were there, so we asked what time they opened. She said 11. We politely pointed out that the sign said “closed,” just to let them know, and she heaved a sigh and changed it. Then we tried to order, and she pointed to the iPad at the next station. There were other guests using that one, so we were looking around for another one. Another worked fussed at us, “I TOLD you that it’s over there.” I explained that we were looking for another one. At that point, I was done with the mean attitude and explained that we were new here and couldn’t hear her over the fan, and to please be more kind. After that, she was. But, seriously? Super grump unhelpful staff. Which I now see from other reviews has been a consistent problem for a while.

Start ordering food. Two of us, on two different ordering pads. One froze after I swiped my card to pay. The other gave an “order not accepted.” AND you have to enter your phone number to order, so I’m sure we will be spammed now. AND I have to check my card later to make sure the charge didn’t go through.

We collectively decided, “This is nuts,” and
walked away and went across the lawn to the Yard House instead. Thank God. So I can’t speak to the food.
