Stopped by the gas station on a road trip on a weekday evening. This place has really comforting and yummy food at a reasonable price.
The complimentary chips are very crispy, fresh, and delicious. I had the single fajita with mixed chicken and beef. I was impressed by the amount of meat that they provided that I couldn’t believe this was below $11 after tax. My husband ordered the dinner special, one beef taco, one beef burrito and one chalupa. It was good, but I like my fajita better.
One thing noticeable was that they served the water and chips right after we sat down, and they served our food within five minutes after we ordered. How fast!!!
They also have their happy hour special, Monday and Wednesday for beer, and Tuesday and Thursday for margarita.

Tell you what, we will be back here! The party for my wife’s birthday here was excellent. They serve a delicious tres leche cake. Service was prompt, food was hot and tasty.

Terrible food. This is probably the worst dining experience at a Mexican place. Alma isn’t known for good restaurants but how can you go wrong with chicken tenders. I have that one kid that doesn’t eat anything but chicken when we go out. So he got the tenders and fries. We got DINO NUGGETS! YES FROZEN DINO NUGGETS FROM THE FROZEN ISLE LOL. Never ever have i been served dino nuggets at a restaurant. For the price it was crazy. The menu said tenders not chicken mush in the shape of dinosaurs. The beef enchiladas tasted funny the meat had a weird taste. Fish was over cooked. The place was very loud with people sitting at the bar drinking their life away. Overall I would avoid this restaurant and go to El trio or zapatas. At least they have quality ingredients. Just have to laugh and not go back.

I loved la fiesta! Everything we tasted was amazing! Fajitas were delicious, salsa fresh and tasty! A Tecate with those fajitas is heaven! Also prices are very fair. I’d go back again for sure!

Looks like we had a couple of Karen’s leaving not so great reviews. I don’t get it. Absolutely the best Mexican meal I’ve had in sometime. Salsa was great cheese sauce was wonderful and the chips weren’t hard as someone previously stated. The chips were great!!the chimichanga and everything was absolutely divine. I despise guacamole, but I loved theirs. The Service was quiet and great as well. Furnishings were very nice. The restaurant was clean
And the atmosphere was nice.
Left a generous tip and we will be back!

On the hunt for some excellent authentic Mexican food?? Look no further! For me, being from California, I’m kinda spoiled, with authentic Mexican food everywhere on every corner. And I’ve been trying local Mexican food restaurants here and there and LA Fiesta was excellent, from presentation to flavor, excellent all the way around and that’s saying a lot since I ordered take out for us! We both ordered the lunch menu shredded chicken chimichanga. It came topped with cheese sauce, but not overwhelmingly just lightly topped and it also came with shredded lettuce, guacamole , sour cream, pico de gallo and rice and beans on the side. The take out bag also included a bag of chips and two containers of salsa, which by the way had excellent flavor, I poured some on top of my burrito and had chips and salsa with what was left. Highly recommend this place! I arrived around 11:50am on a Monday and the parking lot was PACKED! I would definitely go back again! I personally, like the flavor of the food here, better than the other Mexican restaurant over across from Walmart (I won’t name it, but for people who live locally, unlike me, you’ll know which one I’m referring to)
