I came in subway my Friday 1/9/26 7:48 pm just so you’ll know the worker I’m speaking of bc I didn’t care to grab her name. Anywho the young man that made my sandwich I had no problem, even after he made one wrong. However when I got to cash out, I forgot my debit card in the car, so I had to run back n get it, remake wasn’t ready yet. By time I came back in the lil lady at the register was upset over that. After she seen I wasn’t tipping (per her tude) she really got nasty. My bag accidentally knocked her tipped jar over cause the way she slung it to me n she proceeds to make a comedic joke in front of the other customers. Telling me to give “(her food back) the food i paid 35$ for like fr, ???? Never will I go back to this subway after 15 yrs if coming here now I see why they shutting subways down!

Stay away from this location. With only two customers in the store and two employees, it took forever to make two sandwiches… came out very sloppy… rang me up before I could mention the bogo deal. Tables dirty and sticky… staff rushed to sit down and play in their phones while the sandwich station was very messy, all precut veggies didn’t look fresh… definitely needs proper management and staff training. Does not recommend.

There is a gentleman named James that works there mostly nights, who goes above and beyond his responsibilities as a “Sandwich Artist”, which he also excels at, yet he also shows genuine kindness, compassion and care for all his customers from what I’ve seen, and I’ve worked in the hospitality business over 30 years, so I speak from experience!!! This guy’s a keeper and joy to be around… So hats off to you, James, you’re not only a great Subway employee, iny eyes you’re a gentleman and a scholar, and all around good guy. Thank you for making my experience that much better. If I’m back, it will be on you’re shift for sure!!

We love coming to this store, although it’s not the closest to our house. The two young men we usually see are amazing. They are so polite and very cheerful. They definitely love their job and really make it a joy to come in. They definitely deserve recognition for amazing customer service, and definitely a big raise! Oh, and the subs are always great

Today was a special day for me because the girl working alone today knew how to make my favorite sub! Even though they no longer have the pickleball on the menu, she remembered it. She was very kind and efficient. The store was clean and she even reminded me to use my number to get my points. Don’t let go of her. She is an asset to your shop! Way to go Lacey!!!

My sandwiches were completely wrong I didn’t ask for peppers of any kind yet I had jalapeños and banana peppers on my sandwiches. I didn’t see the jalapeños because they were underneath the meat and i bit down in it. I asked for the bread to be toasted and it was NOT! I’m so pissed about my food and money. Couldn’t eat the sandwiches because of the peppers I’m allergic.
