Hey folks, I wish we could give this place more than 3 stars. I’m generally an optimistic reviewer, but honesty must triumph over all else. First off, it’s small inside 5 tables or so. Nice warm environment, reclaimed wood tables and walls. Ordered from a unique menu. Tried the pulled pork sandwich. Opted for the Carolina style w/ coleslaw. Was told 5 min later there was no coleslaw or Carolina sauce and that the menu was going through some extensive changes. The sandwich came with lettuce and tomato, the pork was not pulled, was in small pieces that did not want to be in the bun. Ordered root beer, they were out. At the end of the meal I felt full, I enjoyed some decent flavors but I don’t see myself ever returning. Worth a shot if you like unique bbq combinations, be prepared for changes and adjustments to your food and menu until they get that dialed in, it’s a bit of a surprise.

Great dinner! Fun ambiance with a great music list. It’s a small little burger joint that we enjoyed very much. I got The Overnight burger and I loved the taste of the brioche bun. It was a little crumbly, but overall good. I wish the egg was a little runnier (since it was advertised as a sunny side up egg). They were great with our group that came in late and stayed past closing time.

Excellent food—gorgeous crisp fries, fantastic burger (I got the Firecracker), and a well plated salad. The server was friendly, very attentive throughout the meal, and the setting was comfortable. Only two things—the water had an odd taste, and I wish they would ask for desired doneness of the burger. These are minor wishes more than complaints, as they had very little to no impact on my overall experience, and I had an excellent meal. I will be returning.

We came in for lunch. My wife got the Rasta burger, I got the Cali, and the kids shared Mac & Cheese. Both of our burgers were very delicious. They were fat and juicy. The fries left something to be desired. I felt like I was eating frozen Ore Ida crinkle cut fries that had been air fried. Not great. Service was very slow. Overall, the price point seemed high for what you get, even though the flavors of the burger were good overall.

Best burger Ive had in a bit the cowboy burger… with pineapple uff delicious.. Super delicious I highly recommended this place. Comfy and clean environment. Prices are a bit high but its worth it.

On the positive front, this place is very charming, has a great beer selection and the appetizers and sides were universally excellent. Unfortunately, the burgers were just okay at best. It seemed that the meat was overworked and overcooked, resulting in a dry, dense burger. Flavors were generally good, but in a burger restaurant, you have to nail the burger no matter how good everything else is.

Fantastic experience at Burgers & Barley! The food was delicious, and the staff was super friendly. We had the Universal Burger, two Side Mac & Cheeses (large portions!), and the Black & Blue burger, finishing with some refreshing Gelato. Every bite was spot on. Highly recommend!

Burger lunch spot to go in Park City. Was surprising not busy on a weekday at noon. Quiet atmosphere. BBQ burger was ok, was nicely made but seemed to be missing flavor. A few good draft beers. Prices aren’t horrible esp for lunch in park city. Overall an ok place to get lunch.

Some of the best burgers and fries we’ve ever had! The burger was thick and homemade, and the fries were fresh and super yummy. I got the Mac and cheese burger and it was so good! Highly recommend.
