I ordered 12 pieces of chicken through the Popeye’s app, and I selected all white meat spicy since that is an option and that is what I preferred. When the Door Dasher arrived, Popeye’s stated that they could not give all white meat. So, the only option they could provide was mixed spicy.
When the food arrived, the chicken seemed old, it was not as hot as it normally is (even with delivery), and it was not crispy and tasteful. It was not a late-night order, so I expected it to be fresh.
I gave two stars for the food because it was still edible. I gave three stars for the service because the representative that I spoke with was professional. I gave only one star for the atmosphere because it was not a pickup order.
I hope that no one else experiences an issue like this.

I went to the drive-thru where someone took my order at the speaker. When I got to the window, I had to repeat the order again as the young, frowning woman had no clue what it was. I guess chicken wings was too hard. No smile and no greeting either. I waited 20 minutes but still didn’t get my food while I watched the restaurant next door, Mr Snappers, got a handful of people in and out of their drive-thru.. I walked inside and asked where my food was. They again asked for what my order was. I was the only one there! When they finally got me the food, the young woman, still frowning, just threw the bag on the counter and said, “I had to wait on wings.” No apologies or anything showing some remorse. She was acting like she was doing me a favor. Good news for that woman, she will never have to do me another favor. That’s sad because the food was actually good. But, the service is horrible. Is it coincidence that a big franchise company that owns a bunch of Popeyes filed for bankruptcy? This place shuts down, it won’t be missed very much.

Considering it was lunch time it was the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been through at a Popeyes. Additionally I had to repeat my order three times at the speaker only to get to the window and be told she didn’t get my order after only telling me I was only waiting for the total. It took over twenty minutes and resulted in my daughter bring late returning to work. On top of the fact the girl working was very rude when she was the one inefficient at doing her job! Don’t use this location at lunchtime for sure

I went through the drive-thru and placed my order, and I was told there would be a 15-minute wait for sandwiches, which I found unusual. I agreed to wait, but the wait ended up being closer to 30 minutes. After being asked to pull into a handicap spot, I still did not receive my full order—my biscuit was missing.
Waiting that long and then receiving an incomplete order was very disappointing. The level of service at this location has noticeably changed over the past few months, and not for the better.

I ordered from the drive thru three pieces of chicken for $5 I asked for a breast and two legs mild and the shrimp tackle box combo the lady at the window kept saying anything else, anything else everytime I ordered I thought I was at McDonald’s for a second when I got my order I had a leg thigh and wing not what I asked for also I asked for sweet heat she gave me Creole cocktail sauce the french fries were cold and the chicken was old the shrimp were good the customer service sucks they try to rush you when ordering and can’t even get your order right .

Absolutely disgusting!!! The staff is rude, very poor customer service skills. The manger on duty was to busy outside smoking, talking on his cellphone, texting, and then playing around with employees rather than help. We waited 47 minutes for our very basic order. It took over five minutes just to order because all the employees are running around rather than placed at Specific tasks/jobs or positions. Young lady taking orders is putting orders together for the lobby and drive though, is in the back making things all the while there seven people in the lobby waiting to order and a handful of people waiting to get orders. On top of having to wait 47 minutes for our vary horrible meal, I asked for ranch dipping sauce which was thrown in the bag so hard that it punctured each sauce so there was ranch all over the bag, the boxes everything. My husband ordered wings, which were old and stale and unbelievably cold. As always, the soda machine is out of carbination and syurp, the tea is ridiculously old so much to the point its unsafe to drink. And theres no point in asking an employee or manager to fill cups on the other machine in the back because you get attitude and then an extremely overfilled cup that is now sticky. Literally no point in telling ANYONE that the soda machine is low because nothing ever gets done about it, you just end up standing there, with youre empty cup, looking stupid waiting on something that will not get done. On top of all this, the lobby is absolutely beyond disgusting!!! There’s multiple spills on the lobby floor, no one cleaning them, the wet floor signs were placed feet away from the actual spills. I myself who just had surgery this morning almost slipped. Since the puddles are drying the floor is ungodly sticky. Every single table has some type of dirt, crumbs, trash, random things left by Previous people. It was absolutely horrible. The most worst decision I made in choosing Popeyes as my first meal in days post surgery. Literally never want to eat again. Make sure you walk in or drive thru with the lowest standards possible and expect nasty teenage attitude from employees, unbelievably uncaring, unprofessional mangers, expect no problems that may come up to be resolved what so ever, and don’t forget to expect cold, old, stale, overcooked, greasy, “food”.

I stopped by Popeyes today, and it took almost 20 minutes just for someone to take my order. That’s not even counting the time to actually get the food. If you’re on your lunch break or have any kind of time constraint, I would not recommend going to this location. The service was extremely slow, and it completely defeats the purpose of grabbing a quick meal.

Friday evening I stopped at 9144 103rd Pop Eyes and ordered the boneless dippers and I could only eat 1 1/2 pieces of them, they were dry/hard and overcooked I threw them away a waste of $7.00. I revisited them today and told the same cashier who served me Friday (he remembered me and my order) and he was indifferent saying we’ll they are fresh now, Do you want to add them to your 6 piece wings. Basically I wanted a new order of fresh dippers. Very disappointed overall.

come here alot with my mom we usually pick this one bc all the other Popeyes are always bad or wrong orders, tonight was one of the first nights we genuinely had issues, ordered the food online at about 4: 45 and didn’t end up receiving the food until 6: 14 we came thru the drive thru to pick it up said they couldn’t find the order we said okay that’s fine we’ll wait while it’s figured out they pulled us up girl came out once and asked if we got our food yet she was very respectful and nice told us everything justt came up fresh we still ended up having to wait 10 mins so my mom went inside to figure it out was in there for about another 30 minutes at this point the food should’ve been past ready and I myself work in fast food so ik how it works this was extremely unprofessional and they didn’t offer us any drinks or supplements for the wait overall just was shitty having to wait so long the food is always great but please don’t have smb waiting for over a hour for something tht definitely shouldve been past ready ESPECIALLY being not busy.
